Horrible birthday getaway.
First it was construction where we were. They were doing work on the hotel. So finding a place to park was difficult. The room setup was nice but the chair was old and the couch needed cleaning. It had a big stain on the carpet. Room smell musty. I didn't know people live their 24/7 we saw people standing outside looking at us as we got out to go too our room. My TV in the front was not working. I called they told me someone would come in the morning to check it out. The person living above me sound like they were coming threw the ceiling all night. Me and my wife was coming from dinner and was greeted by a pit bull coming down the stairs. The lady asked where we was going. And said the dog was friendly my wife was freaking out. She took him back in her room. So we could walk up the stairs. A lot of people living there have dogs that they let walk around.more then one pit bull. The next day we got out the car too a dog barking at us . No owner anywhere in site . Again my wife was scared to walk to our room. And we were woke up to dogs barking in their rooms . I would never stay their again. Everyone seems like their friends around the place. It was my birthday get away. So we made the best of the stay.

I was inconvenient twice during check in and going back to my room because my room door did not work. The guest service let me in but did not follow through in informing engineer the problem. Also, went to breakfast and had to wait additional 20 minutes to get in my room.

This property was absolutely disgusting! Please don’t book a room here ever!! Roaches, dirty sheets, dirty carpet, dirty curtains, broken furniture, blood on the bedding. This place was absolutely horrible!! I want a refund from my stay! I only stayed for the night because of the wedding party I was apart of, other than that I would've left.

Don’t Play Balme Game- Fix it!
Hotel told me that it was the fault of hotels that I booked but they didn’t have a room available. I heard , well you booked through a third party. And after hearing that there was in fact a room available, but the bed wasn’t made ; a late night employee was asked to make it and wasn’t at all interested. When I told the front desk about all of my concerns and hearing this employee not seeming concerned, she actually said “well that’s not here nor there”???? I wonder if hotel chain management, who obviously USE third party services, know that their employees BLAME them!
