Unique artisan hotel -- very clean and the renovations are beautiful and interesting. Dinner at The Black Ginger restaurant was delicious with great service. Excellent parking.

The property appeared to be clean but had some worn carpets and might need to be updated. Parking was very convenient and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that my repeated calls to the front desk were never answered.

Bed was very comfortable and nice, the staff (particularly one young man in the morning who made our coffee!) were kind. It was a nice location, good restaurants nearby, etc. However there was a squashed cockroach on the floor of our room, which tainted the experience for me, and we had paid a lot of money to stay there. It didn’t feel worth the price in the end.

It was very artistic and unique, and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, the shower had good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable.

Nice place close to downtown
Nice place, only queen size beds so that was a disappointment. Bed was comfortable though, room was a bit small but everything else was perfectly fine.
