At the "Villa Golden Nature", everything has been thought out so that you can spend unforgettable moments with family, friends or colleagues.

You will only want to extend your stay in this corner of paradise, taking advantage of the entire cottage.

We can accommodate 12 people comfortably because there are 6 Queen size double beds or 14 people with the sofa bed

You will be able to enjoy in complete autonomy, privacy and tranquility of the whole villa and its equipment.

Possibility of late departure, make a request.

The property is composed of:
* Large garden of 30 ares not overlooked with private heated infinity pool of 10m (open from April to October depending on weather conditions) with a beach of 3m50 by 2m, a petanque court, several large terraces.

* A large wooden play area for children, with playhouse, swing and slide
 A large garden of 30 ares with a bowling alley
* a set of board games (time's up, jungle speed, werewolf, monopoly, scrabble, poker case, taboo)

A very large American kitchen with a latest generation Samsung TV (Netflix) with a large table up to 5 meters long allowing up to 24 people seated for events (validated upstream with the managers). The set has a breathtaking view of the garden and the infinity pool, which is private & heated open from April to October depending on weather conditions on prior request to the owner.

A video projector can be made available for a film projection or business seminars.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• four induction plates
• A large fridge with a Samsung freezer
• An Electrolux oven and a Samsung microwave
• A Siemens dishwasher
• All the crockery necessary for 14 people (glasses, plates, saucepans.)
• A raclette and pierrade machine (others available on request)
• a Melitta AromaFresh grinder coffee machine (gain or ground coffee)
• a Philips toaster
• Kettle

The composition of the hotel quality beds is as follows: sleeping capacity 12 people or even 14 with the sofa bed

-Bedroom 1: 2 double beds 160x200 Queen Size with bathroom and parental WC + large private terrace
-Bedroom 2: 2 double beds 160x200 Queen Size including 1 retractable hotel quality. The room is arranged according to your sleeping needs
-Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200 Queen Size
-Bedroom 4: 1 double bed 160 x 200 Queen Size with bathroom and parental WC

They all have new bedding for optimal sleep with sheets from the Tradition des Vosges brand.

RENTAL INCLUDES:

TO KNOW:
* Possibility of cot and baby chair if needed (do not hesitate to ask us beforehand)
* Bath and pool towels are not included in the rental (possibility to rent)
* A deposit of 1000€ is retained by the site in the event of breakage and non-compliance with the rental conditions
* House adapted to stays respectful of the neighborhood
* Pets not accepted
* Non-smoking house, only outdoors and do not throw your cigarette butts in nature
* Arrival after 5 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. On prior request outside these hours.
