Quiet, peaceful cabin located on 5 wooded acres just minutes from beautiful Chautauqua Lake. Large yard with plenty of room for kids to play or fishing/ pleasure boat / trailer storage. Features large living area, eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a tub/shower. Deck with picnic table, grill, and patio furniture. Washer and dryer available for use. Great family getaway and great access to many local amenities

Recently updated with many new features . New hardwood flooring and living room furniture. Master bedroom features a beautiful ensuite bedroom and bath that opens out onto the deck. 2nd bedroom has lots of light and a beautiful view and features a queen bed and twin/day bed. Back bedroom has a queen bed and backs to the woods for a peaceful sleep. There is a full size futon in the family room for extra sleeping space and a full size air mattress.

The cabin is 1.3 miles to Lake Chauataqua in Dewittville. Long Point State Park is less than 10 minutes away.

The property is ideal for bringing your boat for fishing/boating. Long Point State Park offers weekly slip rentals. There is plenty of room to store a trailer or 2. Easy and short access to Mayville or Bemus Point and Jamestown/Lakewood. Easy location to get to from I86 or I90

Sheets and bath towels will be provided if you select the linens fee. You are welcome to bring your own sheets and towels as well. Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Please message us the breed as we have to track for insurance purposes.
Dogs are allowed-breed must be approved due to insurance reasons. Additional fees will apply. No pets on the furniture or beds.
