Sehr schöne Wohnung, die auf dem Berg mit hervorragende Aussicht bedticht
Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und liebevoll mit Blick für Details eingericht. Sitzend auf der schönen Terrasse mit Aussicht auf die Berge und Diano Marina brachten das Herz zum Lächeln. Das einzige, was fehlte war in den heißen Tagen eine Klimaanlage

Serreta hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Oberhalb von Diano Marina die Ruhe auf der Terrasse mit der fantastischen Aussicht genossen und uns in der stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Unterhaltung, Geschäfte und viele Restaurants findet man bei Bedarf in Diano Marina. Unsere Vermieter Mirella und Marcello haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren für offene Fragen immer erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Leider kein Ferienhaus sondern eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung & alles andere als ruhig!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 7 Tagen (geplant waren 20) aufgrund des Objektes & der Umstände Vorort abgebrochen. Wir arbeiten viel & haben uns auf diese Auszeit gefreut. Dafür haben wir für 3 Wochen rund 3000€ in die Hand genommen um uns ein richtig schönes Ferienhaus zu gönnen in welchem wir mit Ruhe unseren Urlaub genießen können. Leider ist das Objekt wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, KEIN Ferienhaus sondern es ist eine von mindestens 3 Wohnungen in einem Haus. Was bedeutet dass man sich mit verschiedenen Parteien das Haus, sowohl Eingang als auch sehr leicht einsehbaren Garten teilt. Für das Geld erstmal eine große Enttäuschung. Weiter ging es mit bunter, alter, verwaschener Bettwäsche & 2 Handtüchern für 2 Personen wohlgemerkt im Sommerurlaub - wer als Frau lange Haare hat weiß, dass man so nirgends hin kommt. Nun gut - das sollte uns nicht den Urlaub verderben 😄 dennoch - die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin (wir erwähnen explizit Sie und nicht Ihn, denn ihr Mann hatte sich Mühe gegeben und war stets freundlich) war alles andere als freundlich. Nur ein kleines Beispiel: Als ich um Handtücher bat schreib sie mir dass sie schon seit 30 Jahren Häuser vermiete - sie wüsste wie das geht. Hm… okay ich hab nur um Handtücher gebeten… Von Ruhe war nicht die Rede. Jeden Abend 10 Kinder vor der Tür die gegen die Hausmauer schießen - wir konnten nicht einen Abend die Aussicht genießen. Willkommen fühlten wir uns auch nicht. Alles in einem. Leider eine riesen Enttäuschung.

Perfekte Wohnung mit Panoramablick auf die Bucht
Wir haben den Urlaub in Serreta sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön im Ortskern, wodurch man sich in angenehmer Weise ins Dorf einbezogen fühlt. Es ist überwiegend sehr ruhig, da dort keine Autos fahren können. Man parkt das Auto an dem Treppenaufgang zur Kirche zum Ausladen und bekommt dann einen eigenen Parkplatz zugewiesen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marcello und Mariella mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken empfangen und konnten bei Fragen immer wieder unkompliziert über Whatsapp mit ihnen Rücksprache nehmen und wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm kühl und auch im Detail sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann super selbst kochen und dann auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen und den Blick aufs Meer und die Ruhe genießen. In wenigen Minuten ist man (auch mit dem Bus möglich) in Diano Marina mit einer netten Fußgängerzone, vielen netten Cafes und Restaurants, einem schönen Markt und guten Bademöglichkeiten. Wir hatten das Glück anlässlich von Fronleichnam einen wunderschön ausgestreuten Blumenteppich zu bestaunen. Ansonsten bieten sich mit den den Städtchen nördlich und südlich von Diano Marina schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten; Hier wäre vor allem Laiguelia, Cervo, Imperia mit seinen beiden Stadtvierteln, Oneglia (Olivenmuseum und Villa Grock) Porto Mauricio, Dolcedo und San Remo (Radtour auf der Bahntrasse) zu nennen. Wer ein paar Höhenmeter nicht scheut, kann am kühlen Abend noch die Olivenhaine oberhalb des Dorfes durchstreifen und tolle Ausblicke genießen!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick
Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und uns wurde sogar netterweise beim Tragen geholfen. Mirella und Marcello sind sehr hilfsbereit und versuchen alles mögliche, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt und bei Fragen und Hilfe waren sie immer erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und der wunderschönen Terrasse ist ein richtiges Highlight, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, außer im Sommer kann es auch im Haus sehr heiß werden, da es hier keine Klimaanlage gibt aber selbst das hat uns nicht abgehalten unseren Urlaub zu genießen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Wohnen unter Freunden
Stilvoll eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung, schöner Garten/Terrasse mit herrlichen Blick zum Meer. Wundervolle Gastgeber, die stets erreichbar sind und gerne wertvolle Tipps wie Essens-, Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten geben. Erfreut hat uns auch das Willkommenspaket mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines ruhigen 3-Familien-Wohnhauses inmitten des Ortes Diano Serreta mit seinen freundlichen Bewohnern. Wir fühlten uns wie unter Freunden. Diano Marina ist mit dem Auto sehr gut in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen und bietet mit seiner schönen Fußgängerzone auch am Abend ein vielfältiges Angebot an Restaurants, Pizzerien, Eisdielen, Bars und Geschäften und nicht zuletzt eine lange Uferpromenade. Mirella und Marcello, lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
