Holiday house at the park - green, quiet & central

Our house is centrally located in Diez, surrounded by greenery. The park with a playground and walking paths is immediately adjacent. The Aartal bike path runs directly on our service road. The city with numerous shops, the charming old town and the Lahn promenade is within easy walking distance. The house is about 75 square meters and offers you a furnished covered terrace with barbecue. They have their own private, invisible garden, past which the Aar flows very idyllically. A bike is available for you in the shed or you can safely store your own bikes here. Your living area is at ground level and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy lounge with dining area and a sofa corner with TV. In the more than 25 square meter bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed for your child. Wooden cot and high chair are available for your baby. The house is ideal for couples, families with children, cyclists, nature lovers and seniors. Free parking is available and public transport is also possible, as the train station and bus stop are only a few hundred meters away. With us you can relax and actively spend your free time. The quarry lake attracts nature lovers and divers from afar. Sports enthusiasts can climb the climbing forest. Diez is a great starting point for excursions to Limburg (5 km) with its remarkable old town and cathedral or for tours into the romantic Lahn valley.

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Rund um den Ort Diez gibt es sehr viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wie gesagt, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder gerne diese Unterkunft buchen.

Ruhig/sauber/perfekt ausgestattet. Gemütliche überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im großen Garten. Kamin, praktische Fliegengitter, Whirlpool auf Wunsch. Super aufmerksame Gastgeber die für alle Fragen offen sind. :-) Ruhige Seitenstrasse mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Großer Park mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder direkt nebenan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im direkten Umfeld. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt kann ich diese Ferienwohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! Mooi volledig ingericht vakantiehuis
Het huis was mooi ingericht met alle spullen, die je nodig hebt tijdens een verblijf. Grote keuken met alle apparatuur (oven, magnetron, koelkast, vaatwasser en elektrische koopplaat). Zit en eetkamer groot genoeg voor 4 personen (houtkachel) Grote slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, eenpersoonsbed en kinderbedje. Overdekt terras in de grote tuin met campingstoelen en stretchers. Aparte schuur voor het eventueel stallen van fietsen met stroom voor E- bikes. Tevens grote barbeque, die gebruikt kon worden en 2 fietsen. Al met al een goed ingericht vakantiehuis van waaruit mooie fietstochten en wandelingen gemaakt kunnen worden. Goede huureigenaren, die altijd bereid waren om een een ventuele vraag te beantwoorden.

In diesem bestens eingerichteten Häuschen kann man super entspannen. Die Stadt Diez selber bietet Abwechslung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Der Radweg an der Aar zur Lahn liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig im Garten und der Weg zur Innenstadt ist kurz. Küche und Bad neuwertig, der Rest ist im sehr guten Zustand. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse war wunderbar. Es waren 2 Fahrräder vorhanden, mit denen wir Fahrradtouren unternehmen konnten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Kurzurlaub in Diez
Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub. Die freundlichen Vermieter haben uns das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus gezeigt und standen danach stets für Rückfragen zu Verfügung. Ein Grill, so wie ein Fahrrad, z. B. "zum Brötchen holen" standen zur freien Verfügung. Die Terrasse und die angrenzende Rasenfläche sind kaum einsehbar und runden das gute Urlaubsgefühl ab.

Perfekt um auszuspannen und auch um die Gegend zu erkunden
Sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar, dem das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Perfekt eingerichtetes Haus mit toller Terrasse, Gartennutzung und Blick ins Grüne, absolut ruhig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr gut. Das Zentrum von Diez ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Bahnhof um z. B. nach Limburg zu kommen nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
