Clean. Well maintained and supplied. Close to beach (hilly - be ready to hike a little), small restaurant and small store (make sure to check their hours). Can get busy at the beach on the weekend, but plenty of room. Park at the house, not down at the beach. A great stay!

This is the second time we stayed at Camp David and, once again, a perfect weekend. House was spotless, beds comfortable, lots of cooking supplies and great location. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay
Loved our stay at Camp David. Very clean and well kept. Enjoyed the upstairs a lot. The only challenge for us was that we have a blind dog and the steps were a little steep. Also, a little patch of grass in the backyard would have been nice as I had to take the dogs on the street to do their job. The shower in the master bath doesn’t work very well (low pressure). These were all small issues. Mostly, really enjoyed our stay here. Access to the beach and shopping was closeby as well.

This house is so lovely! A lot of thought was put into providing everything you need in an organized way. The living spaces and kitchen are extremely attractive and functional. It is also exceptionally clean. It's so nice to be in the village, close to the beach and store. Will def be back.

Great Stay
This is the second time that we have visited this property and the second stay was just as wonderful as the first. Camp David is the perfect location - peaceful, relaxing, and short walk to the always wonderful Dillon Beach. We will be back again.

Clean, comfortable house in a great location.
The house was in a great location, about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, very clean, and well managed. Susan has done a great job decorating their house, and she was very easy to work with. Camp David is at the top of the list for our next trip to Dillon Beach!

Great place
We stayed there for a week and loved the light common area, well stocked kitchen and outdoor warm shower. We had our dog and walked to the beach twice a day. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the books, WiFi and blankets.

Very comfortable
This is a lovely property - comfy, cosy and no mold! - a real plus when staying so close to the coast. Would definitely recommend it. If you plan to cook bring all your own oils and spices, etc. (which we did) as there was not much there.

This property was very stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the woods and ocean. Short walk to beach area or drive to beach and $10 all day in/out parking. Had all the needs in kitchen and linens. Nice quiet backyard, two decks front and back. Very Very clean house. Thank You for all you've done. Liked the fact it was towards end of street closer to nature.

Really nice location. Super clean, nice kitchen to cook in. Easy communication with host. We had a terrific time with our pups. Repairs needed in a couple of places and cleaning fee felt high given there were also asks that guests help prep the place for the next guests. Overall a good option, especially if you’re bringing pets!

2nd stay at Camp David
We love Camp David, this was our 2nd stay and we felt like we were coming home. Susan is a wonderful host. We hadn't realized how busy Dillon Beach would be on a holiday weekend when there were the hottest temps inland, however it didn't matter, at the peak of the crowds we spent our time at the house and on the deck. We will be back again and again!

Dillon Beach nice getaway
Awesome location, short walk to the beach and the local store. Bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs and living room is upstairs with windows and partial view to the ocean. Common bathroom opens to the back yard, which is a weird set up but not enough to spoil a beautiful getaway.
