Fabulous location right on the Banks of the Beaverhead River. located upstream from Pipe Organ Bridge, This 4 Bed 3 bath house is the perfect place for a fly fishing getaway. Riverside deck and BBQ. This is a great place to end a day of guided fishing, have dinner and continue till dark. Boat access right out back with exclusive access to wade fishing.
Down stream from Clark Canyon Reservoir and the Buffalo Lodge steakhouse.

Thank you. The place was excellent and very clean!! We truly appreciated James bringing out a new propane tank when we had some steaks ready to go. We had a great time and i highly recommend the house. The river out back and the pipe organs in the front. Truly an awesome place to be. We went fishing with Andersen & Platt and caught plenty of big browns and rainbow. Heading back to a comfortable house after a great day on the river was the perfect end of the day. Thanks again!! Perfect fly fishing retreat
This was our third stay at this property. It’s perfect for a group of fly fishermen. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s easily capable of sleeping 5 fishermen…and the fishing on the property is great. There is also about a mile of accessible river just down the road (access through a closed gate). We will be back. It’s a great value with the Beaverhead river just out the door.

Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was not on when we arrived. The home was 83 degrees and took awhile to cool down (high in 90s those days). Otherwise, very clean and cared for. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect setting with family feel
Wanted a place to stay for a family fly fishing trip. This was close proximity to where we fished and to Dillion. House was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Sitting right on the river was a bonus for dry flies as dusk and beautiful sunsets

Outstanding trip! Staying a week on the banks of the Beaver head river with friends and family was amazing. The place was very comfortable with home cooked meals every night with a complete kitchen to cook in. We are already booked for next year! Thank you James! Great host!

The property was clean and quiet even though it is in close proximity to the freeway. The animals were friendly and entertaining. The only complaint was several of the doors did not close and some light bulbs needed to be replaced. I would not hesitate to stay at the property again.

Beautiful property.
Glad the cleaner was still there. Safe with key wasn’t working. There were a lot of additional charges after you hit book. Should advertise that after 4 it’s $25 for each additional person. Love the river right out the back door.

Great place to stay in rural Montana!
We arrived here as the last phase of our annual extended fly fishing vacation. The roads in were gravel but this is Montana and gravel roads are to expected - we had no problem with driving on them in our minivan. The home was spacious, had great deck space, and provided access to the Beaverhead River. There was easy parking for our one vehicle but more could be easily accommodated. Since we were arriving in late August, the excellent air conditioning was much appreciated!! It was just a few miles up the freeway to the local town of Dillon, MT where everything one could need in terms of food or services are easily available. There are also plenty of nearby walking areas along the river on land which Montana Fish & Wildlife has an public easement access - this is a nice option for some close-by after dinner walks. The Pipe Organ rocks geology is quite striking and beautiful....and is right across the street! Overall, we enjoyed our stay this unique home right by the river!

An oasis in an already beautiful location
This property is amazing! It was a secluded and beautiful location that did not leave our family feeling isolated. It was close to Dillon and the 15 Fwy. We enjoyed the natural wildlife and the domesticated animals of the property manager. Our host kept the location clean, well stocked, and furnished. He stayed in constant communication and ensured our safety and comfort. All our needs were met during our rather lengthy stay of 1 week. It felt like home and I highly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting the area!
