L’accueil est horrible, le personnel est très désagréable. Notre chambre était sale, de plus la climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune pièce de l’hôtel n’est climatisée. Le coin thalasso & spa est fermé depuis longtemps.

arnaque totale
hôtel vide et délabré, chambres et salle de bains sales et moisies, terrasses des chambres sales avec des plastiques qui trainent à perte de vue, musique à fond, infrastructures fermées (piscine intérieure) et/ou ouvertes sur demande, accès à la plage fermé ( ouvert sur demande ), plage sale ( plastiques, déchets...) transats cassés, matelas sales. Quant au ' all inclusive', très restrictif puisque petit-déjeuner de 8h30 à 9h30, déjeuner de 13h à 14h et diner de 19h30 à 20h30......peu ou pas de personnel, qui ceci dit en passant, étaient plutôt enclin à faire avec le peu de moyens qu'ils avaient.

Personnel remarquable, très à l'écoute du client
Hôtel bien placé dans la zone touristique, très propre et très agréable. Le personnel de la réception et tous les serveurs sont remarquables, à l'écoute de la clientèle, l'équipe d'animation aussi et respectueuse de ce que souhaite faire ou non les vacanciers. La chambre était très agréable avec vue sur la piscine et très propre. Le restaurant nous a offert une nourriture variée et excellente, pour tous les repas : 1 point d'honneur à leur super pâtissier. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à taille humaine de plus (en couple, en famille, en individuel).
