The hotel is fantastic in terms of facilities for families. However, possibly due to the public holidays rush the overall service delivery could have been improved. Furthermore, timings in the hotel are a little off for example kids club opens at 10am when kids are usually up at 8ish and then close at 7pm when the sun is still up in the summer. But overall would recommend the hotel for facilities

Absolutely superb hotel, best hotel we have ever stayed in ever and we travel a lot!! Everything was superb and the service that we received was just out of this world! Highly recommend. We arrived for two private functions at the hotel and were very satisfied with its offerings. I will be returning with family as it’s great facilities and located next to the mall for extra comforts.
