In a separate sitting area is a 10-seater leather corner settee coffee table and occasional tables. Bay window with seating and a 42” SMART TV
DINING ROOM
A majestic custom-made wood dining table allows for 16 people to dine comfortably. The dining room follows through to the kitchen
KITCHEN
Open plan kitchen/diner. Fully units features 6 ring range gas cooker with double ovens and grill, integrated microwave, breakfast bar/Island unit, integrated fridge/freezer (there is a further American fridge/freezer in the utility room), integrated dishwasher. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with ample storage and cooking equipment
