Tre-Allt is a quaint and cosy traditional beamed cottage with a beautiful spacious garden, nestling in the hamlet of Penmaenpool, close to Dolgellau and just across the estuary to Barmouth.

The excellent, newly refurbished George III (pub & eatery) with a waterside location is just across the road.
The stunning Mawddach Estuary is right opposite and the Cader Idris Mountain range is just behind the cottage. This delightful stone cottage has recently been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated in a shabby chic style, retaining its character features along with the comforts of modern living.
DOWNSTAIRS
Kitchen/conservatory area - fully fitted shaker style kitchen with a lovely view of the garden and the hills just behind. There is an electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge with freezer box. A useful breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living area.
Off the kitchen is a conservatory with a washing machine and sink, plus a sitting area to enjoy the views of the garden.
Lounge/dining area with stunning view over the garden and towards the estuary. Wood-burner for those chilly evenings. There are two settees, a 24inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD, books.
UPSTAIRS
Master bedroom with double bed, stunning views.
Second bedroom - This has a three-quarter size bed and lovely view of the garden & hills behind.
