DONVILLE LES BAINS facing the Chausey Islands, at the entrance to the Mont St Michel bay. 15 mins BY FOOT FROM GRANVILLE 3 mins BY CAR detached house 47 m2 new comfortable overlooking the sea (180 ° view of the sea) that can accommodate up to 5 people. Terrace of approximately 60m2 without any opposite (ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy), from where you can observe your friends or your children playing on the beach. You can enjoy long walks on the beach, swimming, fishing by foot or by line; in summer, it is possible to rent windsurfers or catamarans nearby. Many centers of interest and sites in the vicinity. The bay of Mont St Michel and the entire coast is magnificent, the Chausey Islands, the largest archipelago in Europe (a paradise! ) is 45 minutes by speedboat from Granville. Herrliche Aussichten September 2015!
Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse direkt über der Strandpromenade von Donville les bains. Die riesigen Fensterflächen und die große sichtgeschützte Terasse erlauben herrliche Aussichten über das Meer mit seinen Gezeiten, das Strandleben und besonders die Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus bietet sehr gute Ausstattung und Komfort, TV mit allen Astra-Programmen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür oder auf dem Grundstück. Die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in Fußnähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Auskünfte erreichbar. Wir als Ehepaar (62 u. 60 Jahre) habe hier eine traumhafte Woche erlebt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Das kleine Bungalow bietet einen tollen Überblick über das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts. Wichtige Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir waren nun zum 2.Mal in diesem herrlich, über dem Meer gelegenen Haus und wieder haben wir den Blick aufs Meer in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Wetter war herrlich, Schwimmen im Meerwasserbad, das tolle kostenlose Sportprogramm am Strand, die wunderschöne Stadt Granville mit netten Geschäften, Restaurants - einfach perfekt.

Leuk huisje
Het is een leuk huisje vooral voor 2 personen, met eventueel twee kinderen. Het uitzicht is prachtig, in een rustige omgeving. Doordat het huis geheel uit gestorte ( dikke) betonmuren is internet en de wifi binnen zwak en valt regelmatig weg. Eigenaar is een hele vriendelijke man die gereed staat bij je ontvangst, en als je vertrekt ook weer aanwezig is. Matras van het bed is prima, wel maar 140 cm breed.

Phantastischer Meerblick
Meerblick und Meeresrauschen pur. Schönes Häuschen, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und einem phantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Schöner Stand mit Meerwasserschwimmbad, sodass man auch bei Ebbe herrlich schwimmen kann. Die Nähe zu Granville mit seinen netten Gassen und schönen Restaurants und der Oberstadt macht die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Sehr netter, aufmerksamer Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Schöne Unterkunft am Meer
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist zwar relativ klein, hat aber zwei Schlafzimmer und vor allem einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet ebenfalls einen tollen Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Über eine Treppe kommt man direkt zum breiten Sandstrand, Granville ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Toller Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Malo
Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in dem Appartment verbracht. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar, man kann jeden Tag die Gezeiten bestaunen und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Viele lohnenswerte Ziele sind in der Umgebung zu entdecken, zum Baden muss man nur die Stufen zum Strand hinunter gehen und ein richtig guter Bäcker ist fußläufug zu erreichen. Herr Dudouit hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und weil das deutsche TV nicht lief, hat er uns eine zweite Flasche Cidre überlassen, vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! Das Fernsehen haben wir bei dem Blick allerdings nicht vermisst. Ansonsten ist er mit Sicherheit immer ansprechbar, so wie die Vorgänger dies beschrieben haben. Was allerdings wirklich gut wäre, wäre ein bequemes Sofa und ebensolche Stühle.

Wunderschöne Lage am Meer
Das Haus, bzw. eher die Wohnung, liegt einige Meter über dem langen Sandstrand. Der grosse Tidenhub ist alleine ein Spektakel für sich, wenn das Wetter schön ist, geniesst man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist relativ klein, es gibt wenige Abstellmöglichkeiten und Stauraum. Für den Preis ist die Verarbeitung des Objekts zu schlecht.

Endroit de rêve !
Petit pavillon excellement placé, bien équipé avec une vue incroyable et très calme. Acces direct a la plage et promenade vers le centre de Granville en passant par les jardins Dior (très joli). Et pour agrémenter le tout , notre hôte est très sympa et de bons conseils. On y retournera bien vite.

Der Ausblick war unschlagbar. Der Duschvorhang muss erneuert werden. Das Sofa etwas klein und unbequem. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Monsieur Dudouit war nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns samstags noch einen ärztlichen Notdienst ausfindig gemacht. Check in war unkompliziert. Das Haus toll gelegen mit Blick auf Strand und Meer. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Dabei konnte man sich immer aussuchen ob man lieber in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen möchte. Das Doppelbett war schmal aber gemütlich. Es hat eine große Decke für 2 Personen. Das muß beim Mitbringen von Bettwäsche berücksichtigt werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen dann wieder hierher. Das Meeresrauschen wird uns fehlen.
