Our cozy holiday home is located in a quiet cul de sac.
The entire property is fenced. Ideal for toddlers and dogs. The house has 2 parking spaces.

The holiday home “FIERA” is ideal for 4 people + baby and is quiet despite its proximity to the beach.

2 terraces invite you to sunbathe and grill. The outdoor grill, garden furniture, handcart, parasol and sand toys are of course available and may be used. The living area is 60 m², which is divided as follows: • 1 bedroom with double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds • 1 travel cot is also available • bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and changing mat • kitchen (new) with dining area, dining set for 5 people, high chair, induction cooker, dishes for 12 people, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle and waffle iron • washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also available • the cozy sofa corner with LCD TV and SAT receiver, music system with CD player, books, children's books and games complete our offer.
From now on you also have free WiFi access in our house!
The sandy beach and the leisure and wellness center "Sturmfrei" as well as a supermarket with bakery, restaurants and café can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes on foot.

Herbsturlaub mit Hund
Komfortables Haus, schön direkt hinterm Deich gelegen, perfekt für unseren Hund, sicher eingezäunt. Leider kann man den Kamin nicht benutzen und bei Ankunft suchten wir sehr lange nach dem richtigen Haus, ist leider falsch ausgeschrieben. Wir hatten aber wunderschöne Tage hier!

Wer zum Jahreswechsel die Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für Sightseeing oder Aktion gibt es im Umkreis von 35km lohnende Ziele. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, Bertreuerin und Veranstalter war professionell.

Wir haben es mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Praktische Einrichtung, 20 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand sehr schöner Spaziergang. Gibt alles was man benötigt und der Garten ist eingezäunt das war super mit den Hunden. Sehr gut gelegen auch für einen Abstecher nach Norden, Aurich usw..

Perfekte Unterkunft
Wie auch im letzten Jahr war alles perfekt. Die Lage ist optimal um die Küste zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Obwohl wir dieses Jahr mit dem Wetter Pech hatten, haben wir uns gut erholt und dank Frau Hallenga war wieder alles top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Neßmersiel FH Fiera
Das FH ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der kleine Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Für zwei Personen mit großem Hund ist das völlig ausreichend. Mit vier Personen würden wir es zu klein finden, aber das ist ja auch Ansichtssache. Auch zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort gab es sehr freundlichen Kontakt und immer Unterstützung, Dankeschön an Frau Hallenga!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder weil wir auch den Hundespielplatz am Strand so sehr lieben.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in sehr ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen und der Strand ist auch nicht weit. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wer einen ruhigen Aufenthalt möchte, ist hier richtig
Die Fewo ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen sogenfreien Aufenthalt benötigt. Über Backpapier, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Grill, zwei Räder...alles da. Terasse und Garten sind auch wunderbar zum Entspannen. Der Zaun ist an einer Stelle nur ca 1m hoch, das Hoftor ist auch nicht wirklich so hoch, unser Hund könnte darüber springen, wenn er wollte und auch durch eine Lücke am angrenzenden Busch. Überrsscht hat uns, dass nicht alles gereinigt wird, sondern dass z.B die Kühlschrankreinig von uns als Mieter übernomnen werden muss. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie die Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner kosten auch was. Es hängt eine Liste aus, wer was machen muss...das empfanden wir als eher unangemessen. Radtouren und Spaziergänge mit Hund sind in naturreicher Umgebung sehr schön. Zum (Hunde-)Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca 8. Minuten. Im Örtchen gibt es ein süsses Teehaus, ein Irish- Pub,weitere Restaurants und einen Supermarkt (sehr teuer). Will man einen ruhigen Urlaub haben in sehr hundefreundlicher Umgebung, ist man genau richtig. Eine Woche hat uns dann aber gereicht.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus, Interier etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Der check-in erfolgte kontaktlos am Sonntag. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung per WhatsApp über WLAN da ansonsten kein Netz. Uns wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass die Spülmaschine am Dienstag repariert werden sollte. Den Sonnenschirm konnten wir nicht spannen, da ein Loch im Spannsegment war. Dies war wohl bekannt. Montag stand ohne Vorwarnung eine Dame mit Tacker im Garten um das Loch am Schirm zu reparieren. Donnerstag gegen 12.20 Uhr fragte ich nochmals wegen der Spülmaschine und reklamierte zudem die fehlenden Trockentücher, die extrem abgenutzten Pfannen sowie den defekten mit Dreck überfüllten Sauger, fehlenden Putzlappen und die Missstände im Bad. Die Handwerker erschienen dann um 13 Uhr als wir aßen. Neue Pfannen und Tücher kamen im Laufe der nächsten beiden Tage. Am Freitag erhielten wir einen bereits mit Dreck befüllten Sauger der obigen Wohnung. Die Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer sind extrem hart und das Bett quietscht. Samstag um 10 Uhr war Abreise, wir baten um eine persönliche Übergabe. Da niemand vor Ort war, hielten wir Rücksprache. Die Ankunft der Verwaltung wäre 10.20 Uhr gewesen. Wir entschieden einvernehmlich die Schlüssel im Safe zu hinterlegen. Wir erhielten ein Bild mit einem dreckigen Sofakissen und einem kleinen Fleck auf einem Plümo. Die Frage war, ob das von dem Hund war. Dies verneinten wir. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Da Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Trotz der tollen Bewertung ware wir leider nicht überzeugt.

Nettes Haus in einer Feriensiedlung - für Besuch mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen.
Insgesamt ok. Man kann von dort aus an viele Orte / Strände / Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren. Leider mit Hund suboptimal, da die Hundestrände nicht sehr ansprechend sind und zudem noch jeweils eine Gebühr verlangen. Da gilbt es an der Nordsee bessere Optionen, wie die Inseln oder St. Peter-Ording. Das Haus hat zwar einen Zaun der jedoch nicht sehr hoch ist. Mit einem großen Hund muss man doch immer aufpassen. Das Bad im Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden.
