Decent accommodation once we found our way there from Bochum Langendreer station. Clean room and decent breakfast. less than 20 mins train ride from Dortmund station but about 25 min walk to the hotel from Bochum Langendreer.

Very clean hotel.
All good but when I tired to check in the receptionist told me I can't stay in hotel becouse I don't work in Germany. After long conversation I was allowed to stay. In the morning was very loud noise from out side. There is garage very closed to hotel. Overall good service,very clean, nice room.

This place is kinda strange. It’s on this weird street right next to the freeway. Keep in mind if you try to map directions to anywhere your Navi will likely think your location is ON the freeway so map from the hotel address. Overall the temperature in this place is really weird. It was constantly either too hot or too cold. And things just felt unfinished. Like there were no trash bags in the trash cans and a hotel employee walked into my room on the first day thinking no one was in the room yet. It was innocent but not very professional or comforting. I guess okay for a short stay.
