They had a office chair in the room that did not roll well and you couldn't sit back in it because the back seemed to be broken. Broken phone jack cover below the headboard as well.

Low rate hotel. Just stayed the one night but staff was friendly. Didn't stay for the breakfast. Room was basic... not dirty but definitely needs some upgrading.

We were traveling due to evacuating for hurricane Milton. Due to severe traffic, we arrived at 4 AM, the clerk was extremely kind and welcoming, and offered a late check out without us asking. The room at first appearance was new, updated- With high thick mattresses and lots of pillows. However, the room only had towels for two despite being a room for four- There were two large stink bugs on the wall when we arrived, Which Iā€™ll give a pass maybe that just came in the door: However, we Proceeded to find several more in the air conditioner on closer inspection, after turning off the lights, we realize there was at least a half an inch gap between the door and the thresholdā€¦ The floor was dark, gray faux laminate wood- Which visually hid how very dirty it was, we kept our shoes on šŸ˜¬. The bathroom had been cleaned ā€“ but only quick/fast. It has not been deep cleaned in a long time, and there was a lot of crud in the cracks/etc. I find it disappointing to see that a hotel spent money to update- to be visually appealing And more comfortable ā€¦yet itā€™s not being properly cared for.

Very good econo-motel. Appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Surprisingly quiet for being on the highway. Hot buffet breakfast was appreciated. Second time at this location.

This is an older property currently under renovation in an older section of Ross Clark Circle. That said, we felt absolutely safe. Some rooms are closed off which was fine. Our handicap accessible was practically newly done. The carpet looked new as did the other furnishings. My only suggestion would be that beds in an accessible room should be lower to the floor. It was a challenge to get into bed. Wheelchair bound guests might have a more difficult time doing so. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other travelers.

The staff was nice and helpful, although a little confusing on animal policy. It says on website they are pet friendly, we see various people walking dogs on property , and then they told us no petsā€¦then ok for $40. Main issue was just cleanliness and quality of building. Some areas smelled bad and had a few roaches enter as well.

When I got to my room there was a trash bag from the emptied basket there, I thought he just forgot the bag and I put it in the bin outside. However, about 2 AM I woke and realized there were crumbs and such in the bed, so I was pretty sure the sheets were not changed. At that point I went back to sleep. But, I checked it better in the morning and told the man at the front desk. He told me sorry and there was nothing he would offer a discount or something but he couldnā€™t because I booked through Expedia. I told him a guest getting a room with dirty sheets is unacceptable. He said, look I offered you a discountā€¦I responded you didnā€™t you said you couldnā€™t because I booked through Expedia. I asked for a receipt he said get it from Expedia! I said you can print a copy he said he could not, I said you totally can, so he did but it says 0 for the amount, but the strange thing is it is time stamped 3:59 PM this afternoon. He turned rude very fast. So, I told him then I will post it to Expedia, he said Go ahead! So here it is. I would have been happy with Iā€™m sorry weā€™ll make sure that doesnā€™t happen again, but his attitude and response demands a bad review.

Oldie but good.
The stay was good. They had a really good Breakfast, the two guys at the check in were very accommodating. What we didn't like the beds were to high off the floor and much too soft. All and all we would stay again. the manager went out of his way to see we if we needed anything. This motel is very old and a little work on it would polish somewhat.

We stayed here after we evacuated Florida for hurricane Milton. They were kind enough to let us check in early after our very long drive. All in all, itā€™s a decent place to stay. No complaints.
