I was there during evacuation from hurricane Milton. The hotel was full everyone there for same reason so it was packed with people and their dogs. Even with a full house the staff performed great. They always had a great breakfast. The staff overseeing the food and rooms were did very good job. I was there for 2 weeks nevet had a problem. I would go back or refer the hotel. Thanks to the staff it made my my stay much better.

We were exhausted or we would have left the location. The room was filthy (pee on the floor by the toilet, hair in the shower, floors were nasty, room smelled very bad, so much more). The location was run down and appearance was very lacking. We paid way too much for what we got. We frequent hotels due to lots of travel and this by far was the worst in over 10 years of travel. Again, we would have left and went elsewhere if it wasn’t for being so exhausted. Never will I ever stay there again.

Hotel was clean and safe . The exercise room , breakfast , staff , and pool were outstanding . The only downside of the hotel was the bed , very hard bed , I prefer a medium or soft bed .
