In Doucier at 39130 Route du Domaine de Chailain, you can find a 120-sq.m wooden house for 6 to 9 people with prior reservation. You can also rent a second, similar house. There is a 40-sq.m equipped terrace on a 800-sq.m property with a lawn and parking for three cars. It has a contemporary layout, large bay windows, and all mod cons. It is in a peaceful spot close to Chalain Lake and 300 metres from all the village shops, a garage, doctor, a pharmacy, a pedalo rental, many different activities, and restaurants.

The large, 50-sq.m living area offers quality furniture, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc. The spacious bedrooms have two 160-cm double beds. You can also find a children's bedroom with two single beds, an extra sleeping arrangement, and a double sofa bed in the largest bedroom. The bathroom boasts a bathtub and a walk-in shower. It is easy to maintain. Settle down in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

Ruim huis in leuk dorp
Ruim huis in leuk dorp en omgeving. Afstand tot zwemmeer te ver om te lopen dus wel steeds met auto parkeren bij het meer. Verbeterpunt is de warmte op slaapkamers boven, geen waaiers of airco.

Escalier très dangereux et non éclairé. Mezzanine non sécurisée pour des enfants. Dysfonctionnement de certains interrupteurs. Lavabo salle de bain bouché. Robinet de la cuisine à changer. Manque d'entretien manifeste des extérieurs (rambarde, terrasse non entretenue etc)

Das Haus ist geräumig und dank Pelletofen in unserem verregneten Urlaub auch schön warm gewesen.In der Umgebung kann man viel machen und auch direkt vom Haus aus Los wandern.

Grand chalet au calme
Grand chalet très bien décoré situé dans un petit village proche du lac de Chalain et offrant toutes les commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, restaurants). La pièce de vie du chalet est tres grande et était très bien adaptée à notre famille composée de 6 adultes et 2 bébés, le tout dans un environnement très calme. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr großzügigen Terrasse. Leider wurde vom Anbieter eine Kautionszahlung über 600€ angefordert. Diese hoffen wir umgehend bald wieder zurückzuerhalten. Schade ist, dass keine Person vor Ort ist, um dieses Haus zu übergeben oder bei Verlassen abzunehmen. Es wäre dringend erforderlich eine umfangreichere Putzaktion durchzuführen da z.Bspl. die Küchenmöbel oder hinter den Betten viel Staub schlummert. In der Spülmaschine sind die Wassersprüher verdreckt auch diese müsste dringend gereinigt werden, dadurch wurde das Geschirr nicht sauber. Wir hatten auch gemeldet, das die Abflüsse im Bad und Dusche nicht richtig ablaufen. Da sollte eben mal ordentliche Inspektion durchgeführt werden. Wir haben das Haus sauberer verlassen wie entgegengenommen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass nur die Anmieter saubermachen, schade hierfür. Würden trotzdem jederzeit das Haus wieder anmieten;

Einfach schön....
Das Ferienhaus ist grosszügig, die Zimmer auch. Die Ausstattung ist mit kleinen Ausnahmen auch sehr gut. Einzig zu bemängeln ist der Internet-Zugang, der sehr schleppend ist und zum Teil einfach nicht vorhanden. Laptop konnte man nicht benutzen, Handy sehr langsam und Telefonie schlecht...... Leider. Die Umgebung und der Lac de Chalain sind fantastisch, Doucier ausgezeichnet mit einer Bäckerei, einer Metzgerei, einem guten Einkaufsladen und sehr guten Restaurants. Empfehlenswert

Beau gîte mais communication à améliorer
Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce et même beaucoup plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Chacun a pu trouver sa place et tout ce qu'il faut est sur place. Gros point d'amélioration tout de même : la communication. Nous sommes arrivés et nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver notre gîte (d'autres personnes dans les autres gîtes autour ont rencontré le même problème). Il nous a aussi manqué des consignes générales sur le gîte et particulièrement sur le fonctionnement du poêle à pellets - d'après d'autres vacanciers, un fascicule était disponible dans d'autres gîtes - nous avons eu beau fouiller tous les placards, nous n'avons rien trouvé et avons dû contacter le propriétaire. Globalement, la réactivité pourrait être améliorée. A notre départ, plusieurs textos restés sans réponse mais le plus dérangeant est le fait qu'il faille relancer pour obtenir son chèque de caution...qu'on apprend avoir été détruit alors que le contrat stipulait qu'il serait retourné sous un mois (délai qui pour une location de quelques jours, semble déjà long). En conclusion : le gîte est top mais si vous n'êtes pas un habitué des locations de ce type, certains points peuvent être gênants

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille dans ce beau chalet tout équipé
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end du 14 au 16 Octobre dans ce beau chalet bien équipé !Un chaleureux feu dans le poêle nous a accueilli.. Il est très bien situé pour visiter toute la région des Lacs,les cascades du Hérisson et les beaux petits villages viticoles

Belle maison emplacement sympa non loin du lac et des commodités Mais peu d explication sur le fonctionnement de la maison (comme le poil à granulés par exemple) Manque de relation avec le propriétaire… aucune info sur le départ ne réponds pas aux sollicitations… il marque que les chiens sont autorisés selon le règlement sauf que rien de spécifié sur le règlement. Il accepte la location en 10 seconde et ensuite râle au téléphone car le chien était trop gros… enfin la location est bien mais le loueur…

Rapport qualité prix non conforme
Le ménage a notre arrivée était médiocre ; certains équipement (lave-vaisselle, machine a café , plancha dis fonctionnent ) ces faits ont été signalés au propiétaire qui n'accepte aucune remarques et le fait qu'il y avait de la poussière partout est normale; est venu avec ces deux frères pour m'intimider et si je n'était pas content, je pouvais quitter les lieux immédiatement.ce gite est globalement pas entretenu ; pour info et pour éviter tout problème, nous avons fait le ménage complètement a notre départ pour éviter tout problème.
