I was in two different rooms and neither one had a good refrigerator or any towels. The towel rack was broke and the outside was in tough shape. They are currently remodeling many of the rooms. The rooms smelt stale. The windows faced the outside balcony that everyone walked on. The breakfast was below average and did not have some of the items I am used to seeing at normal hotels.

Have to change the room 3times. The 1st room the front door wasn’t securely closed, the smoking room had a stench. The 2nd room, the toilet lid was loose. It came off if you moved on the toilet. Dead insects located in the bathroom & window. The key for the door didn’t work multiple times. Had to make a number of trips to the front desk. The AC didn’t work. This room also had a stench to it. 3rd room, had the key issue again. We cleaned the spider webs that were within the room windows. The AC did work within this room& there wasn’t a stench within this room.

The overall stay was disappointing. Very outdated rooms. There was no room service the whole 4 days I was there and I requested it but they only left towels in the room. There was no hot breakfast.

The bad reviews about this place are from unrealistic people. It's a motel. It is what you would expect. The room was clean, there was a fridge, and the AC was pumping. Nice little grass area to hang out at next to a lake behind the property as well. Would stay again if I was ever in dover for some reason.

Just ok overall. Very low budget look. WiFi was spotty the first day but improved the following days. Room smelled of smoke but was supposed to be a smoke free room. Room also felt and smelt a little damp.

We had bugs in the room. We had to pack up at midnight and leave the hotel. Which was super stressful because there were no other places to stay. Please do not stay here. I cannot in good conscious let someone think this hotel is okay to stay in. We were on the phone with Expedia at midnight and they were helpful in refunding our money (which was $178).

Took me an hour to check in thanks to some problem between hotel and Expedia. Was not heartened that while sitting in lobby the only four people That came in had serious complaints. Finally got my room key and lo and behold the room had not been cleaned and they were empty beers everywhere. Took another 25 minutes to finally get in a room with taped up drawers and no lights that worked. Overall, a nightmare.
