This hotel is perfect if all you care about is location. Its literally in the center of everything, so it wont tale long to get anywhere (barring Atlanta traffic). However this hotel has 2 major flaws. One is parking. There is no hotel parking you habe two option valet or a parkimg garage that you pay for each time you leave. I spent ober $150 in parking for 3 nights. Two the hotel is also very noisy. Not the inside but you hear everything outside of it. So if you're looking to get some r&r this isnt the place for you.

I liked the Lobby area. I didnt like that the ice machine wasn't on my floor. I didnt like that I had to ask for toiletries and towels everyday. I didnt like that a person staying at this hotel had item's stole from her room and someone broke into someone's car in the garage.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The check in process was extremely easy and quick. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the room was advertised with a balcony but it was not accessible. The amenities were nice as well. The lounge by the pool area was comfortable and offered a great view of the city. We did have a major issue with valet as they lost our key. However the attendant Larry took his time to help look for us. While the key attendant Roslyn gave a very nasty attitude about helping and tried to place the blame on my husband and I. A issue that will be addressed with the valet company. Overall a really nice hotel to stay at while in Atlanta.

There was only one towel in the bathroom and no curtain liner in the shower so water got everywhere. The balcony was restricted even though the website highlighted the balcony as a feature. We couldn’t adjust the AC and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken

While our stay had some significant issues, I wanted to highlight that we left a positive review on Google because of the exceptional service we received from Ramona at the front desk. She truly made our stay worthwhile, going above and beyond with her kindness, care, and recommendations for local attractions and dining. She was an absolute highlight of our trip, and we are grateful for her help. However, we did encounter some serious issues during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom was flooded. We used the only two towels provided to clean it up, and I personally had to repair the shower knob myself. We called for additional towels four separate times and unfortunately, never received them. Due to my son’s medical condition, he was unable to leave the room for a couple of hours, and I had to stay with him. As a result, we had no choice but to eventually go out and locate housekeeping ourselves to obtain fresh towels. Additionally, there were some other concerns, such as peeling paint on the walls, musty conditions, the absence of ice machines on the floors, and a non-functional TV. Most notably, we were unable to keep any of my son’s medication cold, which is necessary due to his condition. This required us to make frequent trips to the lobby and the bar (when it was open) to get ice to store his medication.

We used the only two towels provided to clean it up, and I personally had to repair the shower knob myself. We called for additional towels four separate times and unfortunately, never received them. Due to my son’s medical condition, he was unable to leave the room for a couple of hours, and I had to stay with him. As a result, we had no choice but to eventually go out and locate housekeeping ourselves to obtain fresh towels. Our room was not cleaned ONCE in the four day stay, no soap, or clean linens provided, and other guests discussed their frustrations openly in the elevator. Additionally, there were some other concerns, such as peeling paint on the walls, musty conditions, the absence of ice machines on the floors, and a non-functional TV. Most notably, we were unable to keep any of my son’s medication cold, which is necessary due to his condition. This required us to make frequent trips to the lobby and the bar (when it was open) to get ice to store his medication. While our stay had some significant issues, I wanted to highlight that we left a positive review on Google because of the exceptional service we received from Ramona at the front desk. She truly made our stay worthwhile, going above and beyond with her kindness, care, and recommendations for local attractions and dining. She was an absolute highlight of our trip, and we are grateful for her help.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend and let me just say I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay at this place. We didn’t have clean towels for 3 days. The first day the towels in our room were dirty we went to the front desk and told them and they stated they didn’t have any clean towels and were washing them. This was what they stated everyday after Friday. We had to buy our own towels to use which is crazy!! The hater was also not working in other room. They didn’t not come in our room one time to clean the room or bathroom. This is a big no no and corporate should be contacted. The ice machine was broken and they didn’t have any ice buck in the room. The valet attendants were great and one of them left our car outside running when we handed them the keys because no one came out to greet us. This place is NO STAY for myself and family! I wish I had read the reviews before booking! When I checked out this morning I spoke to a manager who stated they would get in contact with me for compensation! We will see how this goes! I am also calling corporate in the morning. Something should be done about this hotel!!

I had a short 17 hour stay. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bathroom had no soap and I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping for almost an hour. I eventually gave up and had to stop getting ready for an event to go to the front desk to get soap. I decided to take the stair but my key card did not work when I tried to exit. I tried a few levels and could not get out. I tried to call the front desk to notify them that I was stuck in the stairwell but no answer. I had to make my way back up from floor to floor before I found a door that opened. Nonetheless, I was late to the event.

This property is outdated and things are falling apart. They ran out of rags and towels for the entire hotel. The carpet is dirty, the shower head was falling apart. The wall paper is peeling. The tub was dirty and old so some stains wouldn’t come out. They charge for a mini fridge to be put in the room. The staff is nice, the hotel is horrible.

Nobody answered the phones when I called front desk or other departments. I did not get my special requests when I asked for more towels or soap. Also the food options were very limited for someone who was there without a car. I had to struggle to find affordable water and food.

The checkin process was extremely slow also the sign not accepting other cards outside of major banks was so distasteful and should be posted on their page prior to booking. Also the security deposit is a way to force you to use those funds to buy stuff at the hotel was is not that great! I paid for a queen bed but when i checked in they provided me with a double bed which i didn’t ask for. Also there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room this is the Crowne Plaza like seriously this was a huge strike for me. The food in the lobby was 2 out of 5 the only think that made up for the food was the drinks the bartender made some great drinks. The place is also very Under staffed, but the cost of food and drinks does not reflect the overall service.

The shower was hot, the bed was comfy! I slept like a rock! All the people at the front desk were great. The ice machine didn't work on my floor so they gave me a key card to go to another floor to get ice. It could probably use a little maintenance but, it's been there for years! It was clean and comfortable. The people were just super nice!
