2 doubles, 2 triples, 1 large living area, 200 sqm event location in the historic barrel vaults and a garden - for you alone. And that, located in a quiet suburban location on Feldrain. Nevertheless, there are only five minutes to reach by public transport.

Select whether you want to wake up to the morning sun and enjoy the view over Dresden, or whether it is playing on the landscape conservation area Zschoner reason for the day with the sunset. For this there are 4 modern furnished guestrooms are available. If you can not decide, the large living room with kitchen, dining and living area offers both.

All rooms are located on one floor (160m²) and are environmentally friendly geothermal heating. The guest bedrooms have double beds (1.60 m width), the extra bed in the triple room is 80cm wide. Each guest room has a private bathroom with shower, you will like it well.

Had the kitchen a cook, it would be perfect. It is well equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.

The entire house has free high speed DSL with Wi-Fi. There is satellite TV, the stereo has Bluetooth and Airplay. So you can easily play your favorite music from your phone.

Or read maybe a book in the garden? Here, too, a place will be found for the whole land with its garden furniture is at your disposal. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the field, a fence will not prevent you.

Beautiful location. Friendly people. We loved our adventure in this area. The owners were nice and helpful. The house was great for the 8 of us. We especially enjoyed the bread service.

Beautiful house even better than the pictures. Clean, spacious, quiet location. Nice rooms with individual bathrooms. Huge downstairs party area! Easy access to downtown but with a car. Authentic local restaurants.

Eigentlich toll..
Leider lag bei unserem Aufenthalt eine Doppelbuchung vor, was man vorher hätte kommunizeren können. Wir wussten nicht, dass auf den Endpreis nochmal 6 % Übernachtungssteuer dazu kommen. Es gab erst auf Nachfrage und den Nachlass einen Preisnachlass in Höhe der 6 %, fürdie Doppelbuchung. Wir waren sehr angefressen über diese Umstände. Wir konnten somit nur den oberen Teil und nicht den Keller nutzen. Leider konnten wir auch nichts an der Check-Out Zeit ändern, wir mussten um 10:00 Uhr auschecken, da eine Reinigungsfirma kommt. Alles in allem leider nicht sehr positiv.

Traumhaft und sehr besonders!
Eine ganz besondere tolle Unterkunft, sehr modern und mega gemütlich. Die teilweise belassenen alten Bestandteile des ehem. Hochbehälters haben ihren ganz besonderen Charme. Es fehlte an nichts und der Vermieter ist nett und bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Alles in allem ... ich werde ganz sicher mit meiner ganzen kleinen Familien-Reisegruppe nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sein :-)

Das Somnerwetter war durchwachsen, aber mit den vielen Extras war es für uns nie langweilig. Wir haben seit langer Zeit mal wieder Tischtennis, Billiard und Tischkicker gespielt. Das Ambiente ist fantastisch und trotz den Gemeinschaftsräumen, kann jeder Gast auch seine Privatsphäre genießen. Das Urlaubsdomizil ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, was wir auch machen. Danke für die schöne Zeit in diesem Haus.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen lässt
Wir hatten uns für dieses Objekt entschieden, da wir mit Kleinkind und Freunden reisten. Durch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Gewölbekellers konnten wir so schöne Abende verbringen. Zur Erkundung Dresdens ist die Lage perfekt, schnell ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Altstadt. Zurück am Ferienhaus kann man danach die Ruhe genießen und den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Tolles Objekt zum Entspannen
Wir waren mit unserer Familie zum Sommerurlaub vor Ort. Ein echt schönes Objekt bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Es liegt in einem kleinen Örtchen und ist perfekt um den Trubel des Alltags zu entfliehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im 2-3 km schnell erreichbar und auch in Dresden ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten. Die sächsiche Schweiz und der Saurierpark sind auch in gut einer Stunde zu erreichen. Das Objekt eignet sich somit auch für Familien! Im Keller steht eine Sauna, Billard und Kicker zur Verfügung. Super Kontakt zum Vermieter, der jederzeit als freundlicher Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt Dresdens ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, sollte man allerdings nachts zurück zur Unterkunft wollen, muss man etwas länger laufen.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub - nur zu empfehlen
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern zu Gast und haben in diesem tollen Ferienhaus den Jahreswechsel verbracht. Die Wohnung sowie der Partykeller lassen keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, top eingerichtet, kinderfreundlich und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Aufenthalt !!!
Wir verbrachten mit 6 Erwachsenen, 1 Kleinkind und einem Hund die Weihnachtsfeiertage in diesem exklusiv ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es war ein perfekter und wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es wurde auf viele Details geachtet ( es gab sogar einen gr Tannenbaum und Weihnachtsdeko). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr sehr gut. Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter war komplikationslos und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir sind zu 9 Freunden angereist und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Es lohnt sich. Vielen Dank für einen so tollen Aufenthalt
