The location is convenient and has many restaurant options in walking distance. However, room needs to be updated. Toilet paper roller was loose. They mistakenly put lotion instead of conditioner in the shower. Tissue holder was loose. When we asked cleaning person for more towels, that person rejected. Drinks in the bar was tasteless...

La struttura e senz'altro datata e per questo camere e bagni non sono il massimo della funzionalitĆ , ma la pulizia Ć© buona. L'aspetto vintage delle sale comuni potrebbe anche avere un suo fascino, ma l'atmosfera ĆØ rovinata dalla scarsa gentilezza e disponibilitĆ  del personale alla reception. L'esperienza ĆØ stata non piacevole con ciascun addetto a cui ci siamo rivolti per avere le piĆ¹ semplici informazioni, in un caso l'impiegata Ć© stata addirittura indisponente. Infine sulla proposta Expedia non era chiaro che l'area benessere fosse a pagamento e l'utilizzo gratuito del wifi limitato a un solo dispositivo.

Breakfast is excellent! Very convenient & walkable to Altstadt and Neumarkt. Mostly are friendly, except the receptionist guy when I was checking in. I didn't get his name. I was so tired, travelled 8 hrs & he wasn't so friendly & accomodatibg. I felt as if he wanted to get rid of me quickly! However, checking out is excellent. The lady was very helpful. It was my first time visiting Dresden & I really like it. It's magnificent!

The location is prime. Right around the historical center. For its price, the hotel service is mediocre. Staff is not very friendly, and the property is very old. The room floor especially has a musty smell that reminds me of some very old hotels. The gym is great though.

Somewhat old Hilton, but kept good. I wish it was easier with the warming system (on the wall under the curtains), and some more Engkish channels on TV.

Give the hotel 3.5 stars. Flight was cancelled so had to stay extra night. Stayed at the Relax & Chateau. THAT property is 5 stars and no comparison. Price was the same. Hilton sauna is clean, but very small, tight spaces. Hot tub was luke warm. Service in Executive Lounge was very lacking. Staff there was incredulous if I even asked for a soda or ice. Gym equipment was worn and torn at many pieces yet some equipment modern, like a Peloton and the cardio equipment. Hotel concierge was best part. He was excellent and very helpful. Front desk staff wasnā€™t knowledgeable at all about where to obtain euros, when an ATM turned out to be right in the lobby. Front desk didnā€™t think to invite me to the hotel NYE party. Just inconsistency and oddities in service and conditions.

Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and the location was great. Our only issue was they werenā€™t able to do laundry service because we were there during a weekend. It would have been nice if they advertised that their laundry service was Monday to Friday only so we could have planned better.
