Great Apartment, Poor communication
Lovely apartment, pretty good location (as described). Very poor communication. I messaged a few weeks before check in to ask that the sofa bed be made up and he replied saying it would. I then messaged a few days before check in to confirm and had no reply. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up as requested. I then asked a few simple questions throughout our stay which did not receive a response. (I asked if there was a dish brush and for some help with how to use the dishwasher). After a few days of this silence I called the phone number to see if I could talk to him on the phone and the number was disconnected or something. Overall 4/5, only because the place was so nice.

We really liked the apartment. It was very clean and welcoming. The only issue we had was we did not expect to have so many steps to climb with luggage. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Peggy

This property was spacious, modern, clean, and stocked with amenities. Very convenient location to touring and enjoying Dresden. Washing machine was a great feature. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Everything detail was perfect!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht; wir haben allerdings eine kurze Info (wie es eigentlich Ć¼blich ist) vermiƟt, wie der MĆ¼ll getrennt wird bzw. welche Tonnen hierfĆ¼r zur VerfĆ¼gung stehen, da dies im Hof absolut nicht gut ersichtlich war.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn etwas auƟerhalb aber das wussten wir ja. Wir mƶchten nur darauf hinweisen das es keine 3 Schlafzimmer sind. Mit dem dritten Schlafzimmer ist die Schlafcouch gemeint, wir waren 5 Damen und das war leider nicht so gut.....wenn 3 Schlafzimmer angeboten werden mĆ¼ssten die auch da sein. Ansonsten war alles super.

Gute Kurztripmƶglichkeit
Gut war, dass wir das Auto dort im eigenen Carport stehen lassen und Dresden fĆ¼r zwei Tage prima mit Bus und Bahn erleben konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Es war auch bei heiƟen Temperaturen nicht zu warm dort, nur bei offenen Fenstern etwas laut (wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist).

Benƶtigten Unterkunft fĆ¼r Konzertbesuch und ein wenig Stadterkundung. Unterkunft war perfekt dafĆ¼r geeignet. Kurze Wege zu Haltestellen ƶffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Alles wie man es erwartet...
Alles sehr schƶn gelaufen. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Beste Option, wenn man kein Hotels mag. Wir alle waren sehr zufrieden und wĆ¼rden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Altstadt nimmt man da gerne in Kauf. Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage
Der Aufenthalt im MƤrz war sehr schƶn. Die Wohnung ist einladend eingerichtet, allerdings muss man Polyester BettwƤsche mƶgen. Der Nachbar liebt Technomusik, dafĆ¼r kann aber der Vermieter nichts... in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts! Sauber, groƟzĆ¼gig geschnitten und hell. Danke fĆ¼r die schƶne Zeit.

Praktische Wohnung fĆ¼r Kurzurlaub in Dresden
Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem gut angebunden und nah an der Innenstadt. Sie ist sehr gerƤumig und gut ausgestattet. Ɯber kleine Mengel wie einen lockeren Wasserhahn im Bad und fehlende Kaffee-Kapseln kann man hinwegsehen :)
