I found check-in quick and easy. The hallways were very warm,almost hot,and then when we turned up the heat in our room the fan ran ALL the time and was very noisy! Thank goodness for my earplugs. I did use the treadmill in the fitness room and was thankful for the water dispenser. Not sure I would book this hotel again, especially considering the price.

Stayed recently for 1 night and would recommend. Clean and quiet property, very pleasant staff, great location for exploring nature around Drumheller, even has a large grocers and pharmacy next door.

We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and the location which were both great. However, we also were happy to see it had an updated gym. The gym ended up being a couple treadmills and a few sets of dumbbells only. Our room also didnt fully lock so we had to latch the inside lock Our bathroom didnt lock either Our shower head had a leak. Our housekeeper left used gloves in our room. Overall the staff was fantastic and kind and helpful at the front desk. Overall the facility needs some updating and maintenance. So, I wouldnt stay there again unfortunately.

Beds were comfortable, enjoyed two chairs to sit in the room. Had an alarm clock that went off every morning no matter what we tried at 7am. Was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. One elevator wasn’t working and the one that was working was bumpy and rough. Area’s to improve but was good for the cost.

The front desk took my email and stated it “didn’t come through on the reservation” and used it to sign me up for their points program for which I did not consent. Nor did she tell me she was taking my email for that purpose. This is a gross mistrust of what they use your personal information for so beware. The bed was squeaky, fridge was loud and the thermostat was not great at keeping a constant temperature in October, which lead to a loud heating system that came on when the room was far too cold. The comforter on the bed did not have a duvet cover! They sandwiched it between two sheets which is truly disgusting because the sheets slip off. Spoke to staff around midnight for a duvet cover and they said this is the standard and they don’t have duvet covers. They kindly provided us with 2 extra bed sheets which we used instead in an already cold room. Needless to say we barely slept that night. The sheets were very thin and you could see the static electricity at night. The only one star it gets is for Parking. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. The one night stay was not worth it here.

Absolutely loved the stay. Pet friendly, staff was great. Breakfast options were delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean.
