I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to stay in Amwaj Rotana because of the accessibility to everything- train, beach, shopping, 24 grocery store, fast food and the wonderful scenery that was very relaxing, that’s what I needed. The place is clean, non smoking area and family friendly. Staff were professional. I will definitely return to this hotel in JBR. My sister had a wonderful experience during her birthday where they surprised her with a cake. They provided 2 bottled water daily and you can ask for extra if you need it. I’m not a fan of instant coffee, I wished it was nespresso but it’s ok, I opted for tea. The fridge was very small so you cannot keep tons of food or drinks inside, but the place is near a grocery store and fast food chains. Overall, my family and I were happy with the experience and will definitely return here.

The service is top notch. NEVER have experienced s7ch duperb service. The buffet staff even carried my plate to our table. I wont mention names because i doht want to overlook anyone. I rec9mmend highly buffet. Food was good, service outstanding.

The Rotana is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff who make you feel welcome. There are lot's of things to see and do right near the hotel and numerous ways to get to all the other Dubai hot spots.

Amazing! From the amazing, attentive staff, to the perfect location for ease of access to the beach at Jumeirah, this was an amazing 3 night all inclusive stay! The pool is great and the lifeguards/ staff make it an enjoyable experience. The food is as great quality and plenty to choose from!

Amazing view
Second time we stayed here. Excellent location. The view from our balcony was amazing, across to the Dubai Wheel and the Palm in the distance. Baseel on reception deserves a mention. Extremely polite and helpful. Definitely stay again.

Excellent customer service...in fact Superb......only negative but very minor was my mum and myself used the emergency stairs...and the hand rails where disgusting and very dirty....but this was a small criticism as everything front of house was superb

Pros: Great location at JBR Walk. Exceptional service from all staff particularly in the Rosso restaurant. Temperature-controlled pool. JB's gastro pub is a lively venue with great food. Just a few minutes walk to tram/metro and to all the bars and restaurants at JBR Walk. Big room with a lovely view across the bay. The club lounge was closed due to low occupancy but we were given drinks at the bar plus sushi and canapes instead. Cons: Very hard bed despite a topper. Endless queues for the lifts even though the hotel was at local occupancy out of season.

Affordable Luxury
A beautiful hotel and ideal for families with kids as well as couples. Our stay was unfortunately interupted, but the outsstanding manager, Mustafa helped us get over the problem by organising seamless early cheack out and going above and beyond in terms of customer service. We would highly reccomend this property.
