A very enjoyable stay for a long weekend. The hotel was very nice, especially considering the great price. I did the dine around package which was really good value with loads of options. The staff were all excellent, both in the bars, restaurants and also in the spa. Soji and mohuiddin at the beach bar were especially very attentive and Moh Moh served me at Rosso and benihanna and was great. The gym was good and the spa was great. I had two massages by different members of staff and both were great. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. You can’t beat the location either, an extremely short walk to the beach and shops! Hope to return again soon and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Property is good service is good but the lifts are an absolute nightmare I stayed 3 nights and needed to extend another night but decided to stay elsewhere rather than stay due to the lifts Here was two occasions where I was waiting for a lift for 10mins One time a worker took me to a service lift as she saw me standing on my level three times while she worked the floor and felt bad for me waiting there

This was our first time visiting Dubai, our journey from Canada took 24 hours but it was worth every minute of travelling time. The Amwaj Rotana hotel is exceptional. All the staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly, the property is beautiful and we will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Dubai.

The stay was ok... the hotel is used as because looks like an old hotel. Elevator is extremely slow.. I general hotel have good position, restaurant need better cook, food not super good as a 5 star. Breakfast is fine

Just back from a weeks stay the staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, especially Sabrina at breakfast ,Mohiuddin, Hasan and Sujin at the pool area they do the hotel proud looked after us great.Its a fabulous hotel great location.

Very nice hotel, we went for our anniversary. The customer service and employees are so nice. Sadick is nice and polite. There is nothing bad i can say about this hotel. Its close to the beach , and many shopping and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet was ok, We like the Dinner options better.

Location was very good, walking distance to the beach and many dining options around. Downside was that there was a lot of traffic in the area around peak times due to the club nearby.
