Service and the condition of the rooms is very excellent. My usual concern with most of the hotels in Dubai is Air conditioner not giving enough cold air however this hotel has excellent AC system to the extent I have to reduce or switch off AC some time.. Staff were friendly. Hotel lobby, room were clean. However, the location is a little out but still consider ok. Not far from Dubai mall.

Our stay was short but amazing. We checked in super late, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They directed us around the area and provided an extra bed for our kids. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for their service and comfort, but also location. It’s a quick 5-10 minutes away from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.
