This was our second time staying here, we love it, hence the return visit a year later! The location, the lovely sea-facing room, the complimentary upgrade - made this yet again a wonderful stay. The staff are so willing to assist with any requests, and the concierge is very accommodating. A pleasure to stay at the Hilton!

Spacious and very comfortable rooms, with great views and location. The only downside were the elevators that are set up in such a way that it can take up to 7min (we timed it) for one of them to actually stop at your floor. Not sure how that can be improved but if we experienced that in July, I don't want to imagine what it feels like during high season.

The number of elevators was not sufficient. Many times, we had to wait up to 10 minutes just to get down.

Best experience ever,I loved my stay
Our stay here was amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The cleaning was great, they left everything looking very nice. The view from our room (Seaview)was amazing. One thing that I liked was that we have access to both pools one from Hilton The Walk and the other one from Hilton Jumeirah also you have the privilege to have a private beach access and use of the beach bench, chairs etc. I noticed that others don't have it or if you used the public beach and want to used them you have to pay for that while if you stay at Hilton its completely free of charge.I would most definitely recommend it to others and we would most definitely stay here again.

Great hotel overall. Nice and kind staff, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was very good (but should remove the pork section, it's a muslim country and us from the west coming here, expect to taste and eat local cuisine). The room was great and clean - great bed and TV, but bathroom a bit outdated. Deposit was too much. Pool was great and clean, nice temperature and private beach access was really good (one of the reasons for choosing this hotel), sun loungers were top too. Also fitness studio was great. Lifts were slow, and lots of waiting time during peak hours.

Excellent property for families with spacious three bedroom suites. Only downside is it’s about 150 Durhams to the main attractions in Dubai like burj Khalifa. The area it’s in is full of restaurants and nightlife

At check in the they downgraded the room I reserved, which I refused and we end up with the room I paid for originally, although I’m a gold member with Expedia and I have to get upgraded based on availability.

Great week at the Hilton, we had a family suite which was very large and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent and great service from the lifeguard who made sure we had the sun beds we wanted. 4th time at this hotel but we will return
