Very easy experience! Friendly staff from check in to departure. Many restaurants to choose from, great gym! Good was good at the 2 restaurants we visited, and staff everywhere are very friendly and eager to provide amazing service! Very close to airport as well!

Great place to stay but never eat Indian breakfast
Overall good property. All rooms dont have same luxury. The International breakfast Indian section was terrible. Food was dry, The sambhar especially was pathetic. The team there was ver nice.

O Le Meridien Dubai Conference Center é, sem dúvida, um hotel de referência na região, mas a minha experiência, embora positiva em muitos aspetos, deixou-me com alguns pontos a refletir. A pontuação de 4 em 5 que atribuí reflete a qualidade elevada dos serviços, mas também algumas falhas que considero relevantes. Começando pelos pontos fortes, este hotel destaca-se pelo seu ambiente sofisticado, pela limpeza impecável e pela variedade impressionante de serviços. Os restaurantes são, sem dúvida, uma mais-valia – com opções para todos os gostos, pratos bem confecionados e um atendimento eficiente. É uma experiência gastronómica que justifica, por si só, a visita. No entanto, um aspeto que considero negativo é a inflexibilidade na receção. Mesmo sendo cliente habitual, notei uma rigidez nos processos que não esperava de um hotel deste nível. Apesar disso, a equipa mantém-se sempre simpática e profissional, o que atenua um pouco o impacto dessa falta de flexibilidade. Outro ponto a considerar é o facto de praticamente tudo ser pago à parte. Desde serviços adicionais a pequenos pedidos, a sensação de falta de cortesia ou de benefícios para clientes regulares acaba por prejudicar a experiência global. A gestão parece não estar disposta a fazer concessões, o que pode ser frustrante, especialmente para hóspedes habituais que esperam um tratamento mais personalizado. Ainda assim, o Le Meridien Dubai Conference Center continua a ser uma escolha sólida para quem valoriza conforto.

Great value for money. Very good eating and drinking options. Rooms were very good and breakfast options were great. Certain areas aroumd the property were in need of updating. The grass area and beds at the pool at the spa were shameful. We had several occasions of really noisy fellow customers and when we spoke to staff about asking them to quiten down just a little we were totally ignored. Lots of occasions where life guards were using thier moble phones on speaker phone which was frustrating whilst trying to relax. As non smokers we sat in the non smoking area outside at breakfast only to discover that the reception smoking area was located about 10 ft away. We have travelled to Dubai for over 15 years now and would say that staff training in terms of dealing with potentail conflict and upholding standards as well as respecting guests need for peace and quite could be worked on. on several occasions we asked for a taxi at the site entrance and were told to download an app as it was easier. I have to say that this was highly unusual and a first. Also the blatant use of prostition around the site is not only openly discussed by guests but also accepted by bar staff particularly in the "Warehouse"! this forced us to eat out most nights which is a shame.
