The staff here are always friendly and you can't fault the size of the rooms and property location. The rooms themselves are very dated and there's definitely a mould problem. We had a lot of mould, damp spots and paint peeling off the walls on our room throughout our stay. Overall though, if you weren't staying in height of summer, it's good for families.

Great place to stay, we were there for two weeks with our two children. The apartment was huge, amenities were fantastic, and so close to walk to some great supermarkets, restaurants and great running route for my husband who enjoys running daily. Would definitely stay again.

It was average. The floor lobby on exiting from elevator had cigarette smell. After staying one week, we requested the property management to renew for another week. Instead of offering best price, their argument was, "you show us what is the price you are getting online". I felt the humility lacking. Not acceptable in this competitive hospitality industry, especially during this season, when the properties are going so vacant due to the hot season. We had to shift ourselves to another property due to this high handed approach of the management.

Room was not clean. Dust, stain on sofa, Stain on bedsheet I asked them to change first night we arrived. One TV was not working had to call them again to fix, Furniture looked. Was charged double for council tax but this was not hotel related issue it was Hotels.com fault as they quoted me wrong amount when I booked which is very annoying and misleading.

Marina Hotel Apartments was the best find! Huge, 3-bd unit was perfect for our large family. The location was incredible, right in the middle of Dubai Marina. Excellent pool right by the marina. Great value and friendly staff!
