This is a very handy location. Hotel rooms are no frills but good. The facilities are great. Connected to a good shopping mall that has everything you need. Food is good and reasonably priced. The staff here are really nice and go out of their way to help.

It is not in way if you are booking day tours in Dubai and if they offer free hotel pickup, it diesnt include this area for pickup. But taxis are available easily. I liked the convenience of it being in a mall and close to metro

Damp rooms. Rancid smell. Awful customer service
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The rooms are damp and humid and the bedding and carpet feels cold and wet. The smell of the building is disgusting and it’s one of the first things you notice when walking in. There is a rancid aroma in the rooms and the pillows smell horrific. You don’t notice it at first but once you have settled into the room you will notice the smell. The smell is so ghastly it’s woken me up at night. Your clean clothes constantly feel wet and damp to touch. Don’t expect your sweaty gym clothes to dry either! Books and paper has crinkled, which is a sure sign of dampness/humidity. Upon raising my genuine health concerns about staying in the room any longer they offered to move me to a different room. I went to check it out and it felt the same - cold and damp. If I wanted to “upgrade” to the new tower, I would have to pay for that! What a joke. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a hotel. I have now moved to a new room purely as it is 11pm at night and I need to sleep and I refuse to sleep in the room I had. Sadly I booked this hotel for 7 nights and I will be checking out after just 3. What a waste of money. I appreciate it is summer in Dubai and it is humid, but I have never experienced anything like this before in any hotels or apartments I’ve stayed in. I don’t believe this property meets health and safety standards. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
