Wrong location. I booked it based on the location being in AlMuhaisna DXB. Went there but found nothing. I phoned the hotel and was told it's in AlMuraqabat, about 21km from the location mentioned in Expedia. I couldn't cancel. It's bad service and staff knew about it but nobody cared to correct it.

Due to the floods I couldnā€™t get a parking in the property, they said there is no way to get into the building ant the same time hotel didnā€™t let me cancel the booking. There was no way I could get into it for stay. I request for a refund.
