We stayed at the top floor and they didn’t tell us there was a night club on the top floor. All we heard was base and vibration until the early hours in the morning. So next time please get them to move you down a few levels.

The service at the Shangri’la is amazing. The staff gave us great service, from check in to check out, it was all great. The housekeeping staff really do go the extra mile, we found that the room was very clean, stocked, and if anything was needed even in the late hours- everybody is willing to help. A special thank you also to the wonderful doormen, who were always so kind and willing to help with luggage and taxi services. The room itself was great, we had a sea view room located on the 38th floor. The views were fabulous and it was very spacious. The room had plenty of storage and the housekeeping kept everything stocked throughout, even went the extra mile and popped in one evening to offer us some complimentary roses. The pillow menu is a great touch. Everybody is willing to help with anything regarding the room even in the late hours. The pool itself was great with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa. The towels and sun beds are comfortable. The staff was very attentive and very cheerful. Sunday was quite busy with a short wait for a sunbed, but the rest of the stay was quiet and it was quick to get a sunbed even at 12pm. The gym area is clean, stocked with towels, infused water and fruit. Not particularly busy so we didn’t struggle to use any of it. Thank you for making our stay special.

The Shangri-La was spectacular! We had the Horizon package and could not have asked for more. Wonderful staff, who could not do any more for you. Food was brilliant and great choices for vegetarians! Walkable to the metro, eateries and cafes locally and taxis readily available outside the hotel. We will be back!

It was a great experience to live in Shangri-La. The staff was helpful, well mannered and courteous. The cafe tried their best to accommodate my dietary needs. The facility is clean and the rooms were well equipped.
