The hotel was excellent, you get great views of Dubai, breakfast is worth adding to your accommodation. Room was good size bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The staff was excellent very helpful and caring. Shuttle to the mall very good also.

Amazing hotel!
We stayed at a Picture-perfect room and it was literally picture perfect. Such a gorgeous room. I was celebrating my birthday there and they prepared two sets of chocolate cakes in the room without me requesting as such, which was really nice! The breakfast was divine as well, with diverse menus. I throughly enjoyed my stay, and will definitely be back sometime!

Diana, Keith, Saw, and Kopila provided our family with exceptional service!!! We are so happy that we booked the room with Horizon Club amenities! The specific staff mentioned above and also the rest of the staff always greeted us warmly, they got our food and drink orders promptly, and made our stay at Shangri La Dubai an unforgettable experience!!! We will never forget the hospitality and wonderful service the staff provided making us feel really special! We wish all of them the best in the industry! Overall, Shangri-La Dubai was great from the doorman named Francis, the dining experience at the Vietnamese restaurant, housekeeping services, to the pristine 42nd floor swimming pool. We will definitely stay again on our next visit hopefully, soon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts especially from our son who looked forward to seeing the staff everyday at the Horizon Lounge.

Warm, friendly and professional staff with great relaxing rooms. Their Club Horizon was lovely to use with afternoon tea on arrival and the ability to get my clothes pressed straight away. Location is great as the view of the Burj Khalifa was gorgeous and easy access to the airport and Dubai Mall.

I felt like a princess the entire time. The staff is all smiles and super friendly. You are greeted at the elevators, the lobby, at breakfast with huge smiles and warm welcomes all the time. When you come down for breakfast, they walk you to your table and get you started and make you feel great. There is a huge selection of things to choose from Like pho, An omelette station and food from all across the world. The room was very nice, clean, spacious. It was my husbands birthday and they made him feel really special and even brought a cake to our room. I would recommend this hotel over and over again!

Beautiful hotel, even better staff
Service was impeccable. Very pleased with all the staff. Receptionists Zineb and Saudi were very accommodating. Offered free upgrade to Horizon room. Cleaning staff all very polite and doormen and valet parking also very prompt and helpful. Everyone greets with a smile. Rooms are spacious and Burj view room was amazing. Pool had a great Burj view and the spa was great to use

Our stay at the Shang ri La hotel was excellent. In particular a member of staff Kunga was very kind. The staff at the door were very friendly. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view. We were given an extra bed for our daughter.
