Graeat location with link to Mall of Emirates. Excellent staff. Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23Ā°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day.

I love everything about the hotel. This stay was my 2nd time. Stayed there in December 2022 and had the same great experience. Next time i am coming to Dubai i will stay at Sheraton again. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Great hotel. The staff is amazing. They do make you feel special. The premises are spotless: room, hallways, common areas, restaurants, pool... the place is immaculate. And the location is perfect, being attached to the Mall of the Emirates with very convenient access to the Metro.
