I have to say I have travelled to many countries in the last 12 years. Sofitel Downtown is the first to take sustainability seriously. No plastic at all in the room, all water bottles are glass ! Every hotel should follow in their carbon footprint

Very convenient and near all attractiins. For a first time traveler in Dubai, this is the place to be... near the Dubai Mall, besude the Burj Khalifa and all attraction s we like to visit. All the staff from housekeeping, the concierge, Front desk the whole staff , they are so very nice and friendly. Thank you Sofitel Downtown for our wonderful experience in Dubai.
