Pictures don’t do justice to Sofitel Downtown Dubai. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. From the minute we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The appliances are top notch, the facilities are clean and the staff are incredibly courteous. Despite being in downtown it’s kids friendly. Worth every penny spent.

Staff super friendly, modern looking hotel with pretty nice view. The breakfast not much option. Nice swimming pool but the from this hotel is location. Near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

I was particularly unhappy with the L’Apero restaurant where I took my daily breakfast and the executive VIP lounge. The Food buffet was constantly full of flies and the staff did not know what to do. You simply loose your appetite. Also, the timing window for the pre-dinner canapés was too small to be of any use.

I loved everything, the location, the staff, food , house keeping and guest relations went above and beyond, brought happy birthday cake for my fiance, and did some decorations, they were amazing

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The reception team was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Plus, the hotel's location near the main Mall in Dubai was a huge bonus—convenient for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel location is ideal, although, it’s still a good 25min walk through the tunnel to reach Dubai Mall. There isn’t anything glaringly wrong with the hotel however for 5 stars you do expect a tad more. Staff, clearly trying their best to be hospitable, clearly look over worked and tired and the enthusiasm just isn’t there.

Great hotel! Amazing location!
Amazing stay. Room was clean with Ana amazing view of the Burj khalifa, breakfast buffet was great, and the hospitality and service is unbeatable. We loved our stay so much that we will stay again if we come back.
