I stayed in a Deluxe room which was spacious with a good view. However, the interior decor is out of date. The bath tub is a health and safety hazard. It is high and steep thereby making it difficult to climb out of it and also makes one prone to falling. I had to call out twice for the air conditioning to be fixed as it was malfunctioning.

My recent stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and seamless check-in, setting the tone for an incredibly relaxing visit. The location is ideal – nestled in the heart of Dubai, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions and conveniently connected to the Al Ghurair Mall, perfect for shopping and dining. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with every comfort one could need. The bed was incredibly cozy, offering restful nights, and the amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. I especially appreciated the view overlooking the vibrant cityscape – a beautiful sight both day and night. The service was second to none; every staff member went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended to. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes, with fresh and high-quality options that kept me energized for the day. Swissotel is within The Ghurair Center, the shopping mall. The location of swissotel is excellent specially if you want to eat outside food, you’ll have plenty of restaurants of Asian, Continental especially the Al Rigga street.
