The location was very good,easy access to transportation.The hotel is not far from the famous Dubai mall,the free shuttle service to the mall is a welcomed service. The restaurants are second to none,the food on the menu is of a variety and taste great.The decor is quite tastefull. The snack/pastry coffee shop has a variety and the person running it is quite friendly. The front desk staff is very helpful,they seem to enjoy their jobs which is great for customer relations. They joke around with one another yet maintaining true professionalism. The greeting staff at the front as well as the general helping hands are all quite friendly and willing to serve. A FANTASTIC STALY!THANK YOU.

It’s a very hotel with a great view if you’re in the right room. Most of the staff were helpful and some were just there to look pretty and did not have good customer service. But i liked the property A lot whenever i asked for something it was brought to me in a timely manner. Though I would definitely stay here again.
