Great hotel with clean stylish rooms, tasty breakfasts with a good variety, attentive and helpful staff. The spanish restaurant on the upper floor and the bakery downstairs offers quiet a good food, nice cocktails. I wish the gym would be bigger though. The construction sites on both sides of the hotel at the same time were noisy and didn't help, but we do understand that the area is being developed, hence lots of constructions nearby.

Disappointing housekeeping service - Our bed was made and the bin was emptied. No refreshment of tea/coffee, or water. Toiletries were not refilled. We were only there 2 nights, but it's still nice to come back to a properly made-up room. Breakfast was a good selection but some warmers were not on, so the eggs and tomatoes were cold. Decent coffee and a selection of milks. Friendly service at check-in and breakfast. Currently there is building work being carried out to either side of the hotel, making breakfast outside and the pool area quite noisy. The pool area has 'club' music and a big screen TV playing sports. Not really our preferred vibe, but it might be yours! Good location. We had views right across Dubai, including the Marina and the Burj Khalifa.

Excellent Hotel, provided my family with a room whilst they were getting our 2 suites ready. As we had arrived on an early flight. Had my room changed due to a water leak, and was provided with an other room within minutes. We were also provided with a complimentary meal for everyone in my party. Suites were always cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Then in the lobby they had a great cafe Risen, their coffee was superb. The gift shop staff Faheed and Saheed were great too, really helpful and friendly. The only downside was the amount of construction around the hotel. But wherever you look in Dubai there is construction everywhere. So not gave it much of a thought really. Overall great experience!

Had no problems at all and the stay was good, staff were helpful, place was clean, honestly have nothing to complain about. They did an amazing job bringing my friend a birthday cake on her birthday. And weā€™re really supportive of all requests. Great job. Breakfast is so elite, literally tons of choices of food to choose from each morning. Five stars from me.

Overcrowded. No space to eat breakfast in the morning. No space to sit around the pool. Basically on a construction site. Soluna beach access advertised as the main pictures for the hotel, but itā€™s a fee to go and actually experience itā€¦ wouldnā€™t go back to this hotel if you paid me.
