The hotel itself was excellent with extremely helpful and courteous staff and I wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay again. Howeverā€¦ā€¦.. Thereā€™s a huge construction site next to the hotel and it seems that the workers are there 24hours of the day! I know this isnā€™t the fault of the hotel but I thought these things stopped in the afternoon/early evening

Great location for those who desire to be on the palm. The pool/beach bar is excellent, you will not want a better experience. The rooms are spacious and generally finished to an acceptable standard, staff are generally friendly. The property has some areas to improve. To begin, the dining facilities need some work, the breakfast is of a below average standard - there are cases where food runs out and generally a large proportion of the food is not to the standard consistent with the price or food in Dubai.

I regularly visit Wyndham Residences The Palm, actually since they opened around 2022, but by far this was the greatest visit for us, my children were thrilled with this visit that I did book for our next visit before the check out, and I would really like to send my sincere gratitude to all the staff of the hotel and the amazing Judith from the kids club for taking a very good care of my children

There is construction next door to the hotel and they gave me a room next to it . They work at night, so I couldn't sleep. I checked out after the first night, I booked three, thanks to EXPEDIA.COM one night was refunded. It was all a terrible disappointment.

The property is not soundproof. The noise coming from the outdoor activities are very annoying. Also, we were always hearing the noise of the drainage water coming from the floors above when someone is showering or washing to the extent that me, my wife and my kids couldn't sleep during night.

Great holiday retreat out on the Palm crescent. Down side is the construction noise from new hotel next door but that's not their fault. Property is clean and spacious. Friendly polite staff. Good pool area and made use of the beach area. Restaurant is OK. Taxis readily available otherwise your limited to the Monorail 2km down the road. Overall a positive experience.

The property is great. Rooms are very spacious and clean with great amenities with a kitchenette and washing machine. The only let down was the construction work which was through the day quite noisey and the price of food and beverages is quite high. The breakfast buffet was really good

Clean but dated , amazing location at oalm jumeirah but clearly needs updates . Our roof started leaking however the communication was good and they promptyly came to fix it

My familly recently enjoyed a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort met iur expectations. The pool and beach areas were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. The hotel vicinity was not overly crowded and lot of options for dining. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We had a kitchen as and add-on and all necessary accessories were provided. Overall, youā€™re looking for a place with great service, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere, this hotel is an excellent choice.
