Great staff!
Have stayed here a couple of times now and have always found the staff very friendly & helpful. The only downside on this visit was the noise from a nearby bar but other than that an enjoyable few days

Nothing out off the ordinary in terms of accomodations. I took off stars because they gave me 2 complementary waters and 1 was open and half drank already(wonder what else was forgotten), went through a crazy ordeal where they downgraded me 3 times to finally give me a single box water bottle. Very weird and clunky, for the amount of money you're spending they should be in a hurry to give you liquid gold to sip on.

Nice hotel near our tour bus pick up. Staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't served until 7:30 am which was too late for us...we had an 8am bus pick up. Other than that, great place to stay.

I’ve probably stayed at Cassidy’s over 10 times and it never disappoints! The staff are the reason I keep coming back. This time my flight was especially early and they went above and beyond to have a room ready for me. It was my birthday and the Manager Michael left a bottle of wine in my room. Manager Zyta always pays attention to the finer details and makes me feel like home! The reception is always very friendly and are eager to help. Shout out to Jane and Claudia who were on the desk this week.

Excellent standard.
I just stayed for one night. The room was very comfortable and the Bar was pleasant for a quiet drink in late evening. Breakfast was excellent, for a buffet; staff seemed determined to keep the ingredients fresh and at an appropriate temperature. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking and exploring. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place in Dublin. Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is kind of wrapped around the block as we had to do a lot of zigzagging and going up and down to get to our room. We didn’t mind but for some people with mobility issues, it could present an issue. Would definitely stay here again!
