Yet another Motel that has completely lost the idea and concept of running a motel. LOOKING AFTER YOUR GUESTS! Penny pinching at your expenses as per usual with Disgraceful room service options, bringing your meal to your door in a small "cardboard box" Like in a take away store, except by the time it arrives at your door, all the sauce has soaked in box and it was all mixed in together and smashed to pieces and presented to you to you like you were an animal to scoff on the floor! Rooms were very dirty and beds have not been moved in YEARS to clean under and paper thin walls. Awful place and experience and NEVER again! That simple

Quiet rooms and blackout curtains = excellent sleep. Bought the breakfast add-on, delicious and filling as its buffet style. Free shuttle to/from airport is an excellent amenity. Staff very friendly and helpful even though they were dealing with high load due to weather canceled flights. 2nd stay at this hotel, definitely recommend.

Dependable and Reputable.
The location is excellent with a regular and friendly shuttle service to the airport. The check in was welcoming and well staffed and able to cope with all arrivals. The rooms were spotless and spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff in the Italian Kitchen Restaurant were also excellent and the food was five star quality as well. The variety and quantity of the buffet breakfast could not be matched and to top it all the car park was secure and easy to access.

Check in was a disaster , my personal details were given to another person to sign. They lost my reservation and the next morning said I had not paid for my breakfast , although paid in advance with the reservation. With all the systems they have the people were all over the place and the guest was certainly not put out in front ….. there was a lot of ‘ the computer says no ‘ the whole stay was so disappointing

There was ample on-site parking available and the airport shuttle was a great benefit. Our room was well presented and had modern decor, not the best view on this side of the hotel but not all rooms can have a great view. We had breakfast before checking out and there was a good selection available.
