Housekeeping terrible, had to ask every day for same thing ie milk, tea to be replenished and cups to be washed. Dirt on carpet still there after 5 days. Shower walls dirty with soap scum. Restaurant good, especially breakfast.

Yet another Motel that has completely lost the idea and concept of running a motel. LOOKING AFTER YOUR GUESTS! Penny pinching at your expenses as per usual with Disgraceful room service options, bringing your meal to your door in a small "cardboard box" Like in a take away store, except by the time it arrives at your door, all the sauce has soaked in box and it was all mixed in together and smashed to pieces and presented to you to you like you were an animal to scoff on the floor! Rooms were very dirty and beds have not been moved in YEARS to clean under and paper thin walls. Awful place and experience and NEVER again! That simple

We’ve stayed here every time we come to Ireland (long before it was the Clayton). The convenience, amenities, staff, transportation and dining are all excellent. The only thing we don’t like are the heavy duvets. We always have to remove the duvet and just use the cover as a sheet.

This place was superb!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The morning of our departure, we didn’t have any cold water. The hot water in the shower was way too hot. We phoned the front desk and within 15 minutes were able to help us.

The Clayton AirportbHotel Is MY hotel In Dublin. The front desk no matter the time are professional, polite, prompt, and eager to go the extra mile. Keep them. The women who take care of the rooms are hard working girls that offer , yes, offer to help and ask if I need anything. That is a cut above.

Feel of a much smaller friendly hotel.
For a large hotel it manages to create a smaller intimate hotel atmosphere by clevel dividing off of space in the dining and bar areas. Really nice friendly staff every time we visit. Every sign of good managment and content staff
