The hotel is well-located and surrounded by a large garden/ park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the heating was too high.

Out of the way and quiet but close to town.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were vast and nice to walk about. I am sure in mid season the gardens are amazing but we were there late in the season so much was past its prime, but still very pleasant.

Fantastic staff which I cannot fault, food and service was very good but the rooms in the courtyard were absolutely terrible, rentakill box behind the draws, room was really warn, and the shower was absolutely shocking beyond belief as it had no pressure whatsoever and ran cold with 2 mins.. I did not complain because the staff were lovely and it’s obviously not their fault the facilities are that bad..

The only reason I rated a 4 was was little miss informed about. Dinner. Was told dinner was this time. And breakfast was 17.50. I guess just dumb American but. Was under assumption that dinner was included via that conversation. Great food. But. More choice out side in town. Also the room was very warm. Asked they said couldn't do anything it was the whole building controls not room by room. They saylod open window. I did the whole 4 inches that it was able to open and not more than that. Bright room with blinds open.. But over all good place will stay again

Loved the old building and carriage house. Clean and comfortable bedding. Discovered the bathroom floor had not been swept and room needed dusted. Let the staff know and received an apology email. The property and gardens are really charming and the town of Leixlip is nice to explore. Overall we recommend the manor to stay as long.

This place is really unique and that's why we chose it. The staff were super nice. Room was clean. We didn't get a chance to have dinner here but my husband did go for breakfast one morning and said it was really good. The grounds themselves are very nice and quiet. The only thing that was irritating was there was no power outlet in the bathroom to use the hairdryer and straightener. I had brought a small mirror along and had to do my hair in the walk-in closet area where there was an outlet.

Very dated property. The Courtyard rooms are awful. No sound proofing between rooms. I could hear the television of the room next door all night, so no sleep.
