The property built in the 1990’s needs a refit, tired looking rooms, no air conditioning, always busy with people on coach trips, cancelled flights or tour operators Very disappointed that a 4 Star hotel, belonging to a large chain in a major european city is so poor Average room tariff is in excess of 250 Euros but noisy next to a major highway

Further out than you think.
A little far from city centre, but Ubers were not too expensive as the trip in a car was short. ( using bus lane helps).

Overall a good stay apart from the debacle when checking in gave me completely the wrong room so when trying to enter the incorrect room at 2.30 in the morning the guy that was already in the room came out to greet me!! but thankfully he was okay about it but the situation could have potentially turned ugly so on that basis I scored the hotel 3stars

Our first room was on the fourth floor. It was really gross and so small you couldn’t even open up the bathroom door without knocking into the bed. It took two days eventually they fixed it.

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Bath had not been cleaned as there was a black rim around it and there was mold around the bath seal and in the sink. Dining options very limited, no plant based options for lunch or dinner so had to dine out.

Great Staff!
The hotel clerks at the counters were outstanding! They were cordial, informative, and polite! Most of all, they were extremely kind to our children. Very clean hotel, with easy access to bus routes to Dublin City Centre. Also, check out Clondalkin in walking distance. Great choice.
