Fabulous new hotel in Dublin by the castle. Beautifully appointed and spacious. So convenient to all that is the Temple Bar area. Staff was so helpful and kind.

Located right next to Dublin Castle, easy to walk around area, great food in the restaurant (especially the breakfast, yum!). They will also arrange for a taxi to drop you up at the airport if requested.

In the middle of the night we were woken up by a fire alarm at 3 am. Absolutely zero apologies. The staff was indignant in the morning when we questioned the origin. Basically brushed it all off and one of the cleaning staff more or less implied that it happens often?!? The rooms are very European-tiny. I had dealings with the manager and he made up most if not all of his responses. Telling me to “email Expedia” if I had problems. Said he had done that on his travels. Really?? If you rent thru Expedia you are a second class citizen at this place. They will take your money, but please, no questions or concerns. They strike me as a very money hungry group. Never again.

Great, modern hotel! The staff was very friendly. The room is a good size with comfortable beds. Really nice restaurant/bar below with delicious baked goods! I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Dublin.

only negative was our room. very dark with one small window. needed lights on during the day..Room itself was quite small. needed to squeeze past bed and wall to get from one end to the other. Bathroom was very good.

We loved the quality and tech spec of the room. The bed was gorgeous, comfortable, and gave us the best sleep EVER! 5 stars for the staff, they couldn't help us enough. The food, both breakfast and bar food surpassed excellence. We'll be back! Finally, the location was perfect, giving access to every locality.

Really nice hotel with great facilities - it’s clearly new and they look after it well, and the staff are always available and helpful. I wish the Expedia entry had advertised that they have a wellness centre as we hadn’t packed our swimwear!
