Great Cabin
We stayed over spring break. There was a lot of snow on the property and in the community: 2 to 4 feet depending on the area. The cabin was great, it was easy to check in and check out, and the property owner was easy to contact with questions.

Don’t Recommended
Master bedroom is a terrible. Closet was locked, unable to hang up any clothes. This was so inconvenient and made me very uncomfortable not knowing what could be hiding inside the closet. I called the host and his response was, “that is my room and I can restrict access to any part of my property, no one had ever complained all these years, you can use the coat hooks downstairs…” That’s was an unacceptable response and excuse. No trash can in the master but strangely all 3 other rooms have one. The worst 2 night sleep ever. Pillows were over filled they’re 6” in height. All my guests were very unhappy with the mattresses, they are old and soft. We practically sinks in it. Worst neck and back pain in the morning. Dirty and stained comforter. So we never used them. The check out instructions was to remove all used beddings and linens but to fold up the comforters that means they don’t clean it. Yuck!! Found hair inside one of the pillow case. Cabin was advertised for up to 12 people. But there were only 9 bath towels and they were little tiny towels, 3 hand towels and 5 wash cloths. No bath soap, only 4 travel size shampoos & conditioners. Not enough toilet paper downstairs, my guests took one roll from the upstairs bathroom. Only provided 6 bowls, not everyone was able to have cereal or oatmeal or soup at the same time. Had to keep washing dishes. Only 10 chairs total at the dining and breakfast table. We had 12 people! Sad no Christmas decor! Felt like we’re at a cheap motel

Exceptional in every way
We arrived to the windows opened, and a cool breeze. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and spacious which was a big deal for us as we had lots of cooking in our plans. My kids LOVED the immense movie selection. There were a few toys and games which was great. The property has good parking. The Fire pit was very nice. The porch was a favorite spot. It is huge and had a gate across the stairs which was great for our grandson. He could play out there and be safe as well. My daughters enjoyed their morning yoga out there as well. The views are lovely and peaceful. The seating arrangement in the living room was so nice for visiting. The floor plan of the home is great. It made for a very relaxing stay. We came at the beginning of June and it was still cool enough to not be miserable. It is only 25 minutes from Cedar Breaks National Monument and was cheaper than staying in Brian Head. A great destination for a weekend away.

Beautiful Area and Close enough to Bryce and Zion
The house was clean and well equipped. We cooked big dinners every night and even though we brought a lot of cooking utensils, we actually didn't need to because just about everything we needed they already had in the cabinets. It was a great layout too, with 2 bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. The kids lived bunking together downstairs and us adults had a good time upstairs in the evenings. Communication from the property manager was clear and check in and check out procedures were easy. We've already talked about booking it again for this winter to ski at Brian Head.

Spacious cabin convenient to Parks
This is a very comfortable cabin in a small development in the woods roughly equidistant between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. The place was clean, well laid out, and well supplied with cooking paraphernalia, which was very well-labeled, so things were easy to find. Beds were very comfortable, as were the numerous sofa/recliners around the living area. The area is beautiful, at about 8500 feet of elevation, and we saw several mule deer while we were there. The roads are dirt/gravel and not intended for cars with low clearances; I would recommend 4WD at all times of year. I would recommend this house highly.
