Idyllically located country house with terrace, parking and attention to detail

The vacation home is nestled between fields and meadows, where fox and hare say good night to each other...Despite the idyllic location, it is a great starting point for bike tours and many sights in the Ruhr area. The transport connections in all directions of the Ruhr area are optimal, therefore also very interesting for business people. Within walking distance you can reach the golf club Rƶttgersbach, as well as the Revierpark Mattlerbusch for healthy sauna or hiking. The Centro O as well as the Landschaftspark Nord, with numerous events, are in the immediate vicinity. The living space is about 120 sqm and is distributed over two floors. High-quality furnished in country style as well as freshly renovated. On the first floor is the living area with 55 inch flat screen TV, dining table for 4 people, access to the terrace, bedroom 1 with TV, bathroom 1 with ground level shower and open kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with: Nespresso machine (filter coffee maker on request), kettle, toaster, sodastream, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. If needed, a travel crib can be provided. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with 55 inch flat screen TV and private access into the 2nd shower room. The house is fully equipped with external blinds. It has a terrace with barbecue and dining area, as well as 2 parking spaces. The right half of the house is inhabited, the left half of the house with separate entrance, is for rent.

What a great place to stay at. It is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated, down to the smallest details. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the 'welcome gift'. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wir waren mit 2 Paaren in der wunderschƶnen und best-ausgestatteten FeWo in Duisburg. Wir haben uns dort absulut wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, es war alles, was wir brauchten, vorhanden - sowohl in der KĆ¼che als auch in den BƤdern und den WohnrƤumen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Bereich, von dem aus man tolle Radtouren auf grĆ¼nen Strecken zwischen Rhein und Emscher machen kann.

Ɯber diese Unterkunft gibt es ohne jede EinschrƤnkung nur Gutes zu berichten. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, dennoch kommt man schnell an eine Vielzahl von attraktiven Orten im Ruhrgebiet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auƟergewƶhnlich schƶn und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Hinzu kommen dann noch Gastgeber, die sehr angenehm und herzlich sind.

Wir durften dieses wunderschƶne Ferienhaus, gemeinsam mit unseren Freunden Ć¼ber Silvester besuchen. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns im Haus wohl und willkommen gefĆ¼hlt. Die sympathischen Hausherren haben die Unterkunft mit ausgesprochener Liebe zum Datail eingerichtete. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wunderbar gemĆ¼tliche Betten, gute Matratzen und wohl duftende BettwƤsche machten die NƤchte zum VergnĆ¼gen. Die Badezimmer waren ausreichend mit ebenso gut riechenden HandtĆ¼chern bestĆ¼ckt. Sogar Fƶhn und Lockenstab und kleine Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfĆ¼gen Ć¼ber groƟe 'NetflixfƤhige' Fernseher. Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Backpapier Frischhaltefolie, MĆ¼llbeutel, SpĆ¼lmaschinentabs, GewĆ¼rze, Ɩl, Salz, Zucker Kaffee und Sodastream... Alles da! FĆ¼r Packneurotika wie mich der reinste Himmel. Die KĆ¼che ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen und Ceranfeld, SpĆ¼lmaschine, KĆ¼hl- und Gefrierkombi. Des Weiteren Geschirr, GlƤser, Tƶpfe, Mixer, Salatschleuder, Besteck, Pfannenwender, Flaschenƶffner... wirklich alles vorhanden! Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und Lieferdienste sind in unmittelbarer NƤhe verfĆ¼gbar. Auch die kurze Fahrzeit zum CentrO oder fĆ¼r einem kurzen Abstecher nach Holland sind wunderbar. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn in Verbindung mit der ruhigen Lage machten dieses Kleinod fĆ¼r uns wirklich zu einem perfekten Anlaufpunkt fĆ¼r eine kurze Auszeit! Herzlichen Dank!

Zu viert haben wir ein Wochenende in Duisburg verbracht und uns dabei fĆ¼r diese gemĆ¼tliche Ferienwohnung entschieden. Wir waren von Beginn an begeistert. Die Wohnung wirkt frisch modernisiert, sie ist sauber und geschmackvoll mit sehr viel Liebe fĆ¼r's Detail hochwertig eingerichtet und dekoriert, jedoch nicht Ć¼berladen. Man fĆ¼hlt sich von Anfang wohl und willkommen. Das Haus befindet sich im Duisburger Norden in einer Sackgasse im GrĆ¼nen. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die KĆ¼che ist voll ausgestattet und im Garten befindet sich sogar ein Grill. Es findet sich alles, was man erwartet und noch viel mehr, wie z.B. Wasserkocher, Kaffeekanne mit Kapseln fĆ¼r mehrere Wochen, Fƶn und Curler, SpĆ¼lmaschine, Fernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer, einen Teufel Bluetooth Radio, um nur einige Highlights zu nennen. Die Betten sind groƟ und bequem. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Viele GrĆ¼ĆŸe aus SĆ¼ddeutschland.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschƶn eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht um sich zuhause zu fĆ¼hlen! Die KĆ¼che ist Ć¼bersichtlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Im KĆ¼hlschrank standen schon Mineralwasser und EiswĆ¼rfel fĆ¼r uns parat. Die Wohnung ist sehr groƟzĆ¼gig geschnitten, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind groƟzĆ¼gig und sehr bequem und lassen sich in ruhiger /ungestƶrter Lage herrlich genieƟen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Trip mit Freunden
Zusammen mit unseren Freunden wollten wir einen kleinen Trip in den Ruhrpott machen. Die Lage und GrĆ¶ĆŸe der Unterkunft war fĆ¼r unsere Zwecke genau passend. Der Check In und auch die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern war total unkompliziert und man fĆ¼hlte sich sofort willkommen. Sehr schƶne Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung ist schƶn gelegen zwischen Feldern. Der Check-in klappte wunderbar und problemlos mittels SchlĆ¼sselsafe vor der EingangstĆ¼r. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, es fehlt an nichts. GroƟer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, auf dem auch Netflix und Co funktionieren. Die KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet, man kann prima kochen oder drauƟen den Grill anmachen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad waren sehr gemĆ¼tlich, wir haben gut geschlafen, durch die elektrischen Rollos lieƟen sich die RƤumer perfekt verdunkeln. Alles in allem war es ein schƶner Aufenthalt, wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da. Grade, wenn man im AuƟendienst einen lƤngeren Aufenthalt im Ruhrgebiet hat, ist es eine super Alternative zum Hotel.

Mein Bruder und ich hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, sondern hier ist Liebe zum Detail am Werk ;) Wir haben uns absolut willkommen und wirklich sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig - trotzdem sehr zentral, und man erreicht viele Ausflugsziele in wenigen Minuten. Kommen wir wieder ? Na Klar šŸ‘šŸ™

Unsere 5 Tage in Rƶttgersbach waren geprƤgt von einer grĆ¼nen Umgebung (aus jedem Fenster Blick ins GrĆ¼ne!), anregenden Ausflugszielen und einer sehr, sehr liebevoll und perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung!! Dazu noch super Gastgeber, mehr geht nicht!

Weā€™ve been in many paces but nowhere it was as clean as here. Really spotless. You have 2 full sized bedrooms with both own bathrooms. And a large kitchen and living room. Everything is at hand and the owners, living next door, ar every helpful and friendly. All in all we had a really great stay! Thanks a lot!
