The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and has ample easy parking. The complementary breakfast is great. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel which we would have preferred.

Only thing that we didn’t like was our room Ahmad the oddest smell. Essential oils helped a bit but Wowzer! Otherwise it was a lovely area, view was awesome and staff were very nice!

Wonderful hotel on Lake Superior
This lodge-hotel has large spacious rooms, great beds, nice common areas, great breakfast and you’re right on the lake. A walking trail is right out front.

The room and amenities were really just what we hoped for! We are night owls and usually sleep in each morning. So we got down to breakfast at about 9:45. The problem was that they began shutting things down about 9:59 w/o any warning! I would have liked a little more juice but it was closed down immediately! What's the rush? If two of us are finishing breakfast they could at least told us if there was anything else we needed we should do it right away, but the service people were not very friendly!!! I thought your room rate was way too high for us!! I cannot see spending that much money for one night and a quick breakfast!!!! The folks at the check in desk were very helpful and friendly.
