Both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. However, the interior was dingy, the exterior was a total dump, and they seemed to be hosting a Harley convention. Around 15 bikers congregated outside the office entrance and partied late into the night. I was woken numerous times from bikers revving up their engines. I was disappointed and would not return.
This guy was in the sink, and my dog was constantly gnawing in her paws and legs. I hope she didn’t get fleas.

My review

It wasn’t a good experience. I brought my son with me and we were hoping to swim but the pool was closed due to maintenance and I wish I would have known before booking because I came 2 hours away and my family was excited to swim and we couldn’t there was actually a lot of maintenance happening throughout the hotel and my room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom smelt like cat pee and the bathroom door was broken. The breakfast was basic and very little options.

I made this reservation for my family to have pool access. The pool was shut down, and there was no public notification until we walked across the lobby in our swimsuits and there was a note on the door. Staff was pleasant, but the room had broken glass on the floor, the sink was plugged and the microwave was unusable thanks to a good explosion that was not cleaned prior to our visit. There was something on the wall near the bed as well.

The room was very comfortable and everything was clean....but old, with some things in need of repair. Parking lot is a bit sketchy. Staff were extremely friendly.

The TV didn’t work, and the WiFi failed, so I read a book. In the morning, I tried to use the coffee machine but the insert packet was incompatible with the coffee maker. I went to take a shower and there was no running water for the shower. Totally dead. One of the most horrid motel experiences in recent memory.

Don't waste your money!

Booked this hotel for a family trip in August 2025 — big mistake. The website pictures make it look clean and nice, if a bit outdated. But they do not show the current state of the hotel at all. The hallway reeked of smoke and mold. Our room had stains, trash under the table, a missing window ledge and windowpane (part of the window was literally leaning against the wall in the room), and a mattress shaped like a diving board. Air circulation was poor, and I couldn't imagine spending the night there myself much less with kids. We walked right back out and left the reservation (and our money) behind. Reception promised the manager would call — still waiting. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Pleasant staff. Shopping and dining options close by. While the room looked clean, the carpets and flooring were very dirty. Our white socks were black on the bottom. The day we were leaving, we were unable to take a shower as there was no water in the shower. The water in the sink was cold.

I arrived around 9 pm, and the first thing that I noticed was the location looked a bit run down, not at all like its postings online. Once I entered the main office doors the first thing I noticed was a strong smell of weed. The front desk was friendly, and got me into my reserved room. The reserved room had not been cleaned so I had to return to the desk to get moved rooms. Desk clerk was apologetic, and moved me rooms. The rooms themselves are older, but they were clean for the most part, the bathroom did not smell very clean at all. The walls are so thin that I got the be a part of even quiet conversations in the hallway, as well as hear any time a door would open. The beds were fine, though the sheets were defintely showing their age.

The room seemed mainly updated. But the extra lock on our door broke. Front desk said someone would come fix it. Never did. The tv worked but it's cracked in the upper corners. Found a dirty sock under the beds. Window is cracked. Then to top it off, they decided Saturday was a good time to chemically treat the pool so it was closed the whole time.

Internet was not reliable. TV only direct tv, no other channels No instructions for heat or cooling Candy wrappers in corner, clothes left on shelf under sink Bathroom floor continued to be wet, especially after flushing toilet. After owning this property, 3 years this should be better, windows and screens are in need of much help.
