Air conditioning didn’t work well enough to cool the room after a hot day ,so room was hot all night , had to have the window open to get some cold air come in which then we got the noise from the street ( cars ) till late. Told staff in the morning they did seem to be to concerned $320 per night not worth it :(

Nice hotel but small room
Nice hotel, beautifully decorated and very clean. However, although the room was lovely it was tiny with practically no space around the queen sized bed. Staff were friendly enough but the restaurant staff seemed very stressed. We had breakfast on Christmas Day and there was nothing festive or special about the service at all. Reception staff were helpful although checkout was more complicated than it should have been!

The hotel was easy to find. We booked parking for two nights. The room was a good size. We were very comfortable apart from a window that rattled in the wind during the first night. It would be nice to have more than 2 teabags. It would be better to have two chairs in the room so visitors do not have to sit on the bed. Staff all very friendly.

Nice bar/restaurant area. Room reasonable size and well appointed. However, the lift to the odd numbered floors only runs from 8am to 8pm - if you're on the 7th floor and want to leave early or check in late, good luck. In addition, the rooms on the top floor only have a small window high in the wall so you can't really see out at all - avoid them. Finally, no phones in the room so there is a complicated IPad system that they spend a long time explaining when you check in.
