This place was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve booked through Hotels.com. Upon arriving to the hotel, requested first floor and was told none were available. Elevator was out of order. Lugged everything to second floor to find A/C wasn’t working. Was reassigned a room on First floor. A/C was barely working on this room. Although a discount was provided, the hotel is in pretty bad condition. The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing though. Staff was very lax and extremely casually dressed. Tube top, shorty shorts, slippers. Seriously need some hospitality skills. Would never stay here again.

The hotel and the room were dirty and run down. The entire experience was unpleasant. The room key was disabled at 10 even though check out was at 11. When I went to check out, I asked for a receipt and was told I'd have to text someone and they could be there in 30 minutes!!! I'm not waiting 30 minutes for a receipt!! Complete garbage, the entire experience, garbage!

The rooms we were shown in this hotel were absolutely disgusting, the grounds were full of trash, and the pool was closed. We refused to stay, and requested a refund. After almost a month, we still have not been refunded. The property manager has not responded to any emails, and we were forced to open a claim through Wyndham. Do NOT book this hotel under any circumstances.

This is a roadside motel. Some remodeling. Great pictures online, very unimpressive in person. If its 3 stars it is by the skin of its teeth. Little bit of mold in the bathroom. Difficulty getting the tv to work. No cleaning services.

It is a very old hotel, and it shows. The Fridge did not work, had not been cleaned, smelled. The TV is "direct TV", very difficult to navigate. Breakfast spotty. It should not be charging $176/night. Pool seems to be out of service indefinitely.

I have attempted several times to receive a refund due to the conditions of the motel/hotel being so bad we couldn't stay in the non-working portable heater, dirty floors (no carpet), no mattress protector and so on. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

You can do better Wyndham!! This place, although in a beautiful area is the worst place you could possibly pick to stay. Do not fall for the brand name!! DIRTY! Pool closed (which is inside a dome in the parking lot). Did I say dirty? My woman got comfy and took her shoes off and after about a minute of just walking on our room floor, her socks were black on the bottom. Also chunks of hair around the corners (part maybe dog and human or maybe Sasquatch) cleanliness was TERRIBLE!! Our other family travelers also had a separate room with similar conditions. No manage on site (that would fess up at least) to address any concerns. Just terrible. The local no name hotels would have been better by far! F. This place!! Terrible!!

The desk clerk was extremely rude, for no other reason than I was checking in late. He threw the keys at me and did not even tell me my room number. It was late but that does not warrant the behavior especially when paying $200. The light in the vanity’s area did not work and the clerk was banging on the door at 10:30 telling me I had to get out. There are better ways to address this than rudeness

So much wrong with this hotel. * Staff is almost impossible to understand * NO hot water (verified by two other guests). When management was told, they denied it EVEN AFTER TRYING THE SHOWER HIMSELF. * Paint and "repairs" in room looked like an ADHD teen did them. * Towel rack in bathroom broken. * Pool was closed due to "structural issues." * The complementary cucumber water in the dining area looked like pond water. * Room was dirty. * Bathroom door was difficult to shut (had to shove it into place) and the lock was useless. Splurge on a room at a better hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This property was the worst “hotel” I have ever stayed..Room #103. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was terrible. The room was littered with trash in the drawers, corn chips on the floor, pet hair, and a large clump of hair (I presume animal) on the floor…photo available. I left my socks on and when I did change in the morning, they were covered with pet hair. I complained to the desk attendant and he said that he would let the manager know. I told him that I would be appreciative of an adjustment to the bill but he “could do nothing.” VERY disappointed in Wyndham Baymont. Doubt I will ever stay in Wyndham hotel again and certainly never recommend!
