Welcome to our charming Brookstone Cottage nestled in the heart of Eagle, Idaho!

This completely private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful stay.

Just 15 miles from the Boise airport, our cottage has:

• Fully-Equipped Kitchen
• Primary Bedroom with Queen Bed

• Living Room with 45" TV and Futon Sofa/Bed
• Washer/Dryer
• Backyard patio with pond, fire pit and Traeger grill

As you step through the private entrance, you will be greeted by the warm ambiance of our thoughtfully designed space.

Featuring an open, fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space, modern appliances, you will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. For dining, there is seating for 2 at the kitchen island.

This self-contained unit has its own washer and dryer, water heater, hot/cold water dispenser and air purifier.

After your daily activities, unwind in the inviting living room, where you can catch up on your favorite shows on our 45” TV or simply relax with a good book. Additionally, there is a futon sofa that can be turned into a bed for another guest. If you need to work or stay connected during your stay, high-speed Wi-Fi is provided as well as a desk and comfortable office chair (upon request).

Enjoy restful sleep in the large, primary bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, fresh linens, TV, ceiling fan and a sofa. Adjacent, you'll find a spacious bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and all the essentials.

If you are traveling with small children, we provide:
• a high chair (upon request)
• pack-n-play (upon request)
• toys and books

Step outside through the french doors to our tranquil patio area with a lovely pond, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun or a cool, evening breeze. There is also a fire table and Traeger grill for your use.

Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Boise as well as the scenic beauty of the Boise River, our cottage serves as the perfect home base for exploring all that the area has to offer.

Take a leisurely stroll through downtown Eagle nearby and discover charming shops, cafes, and local restaurants or head up for a day of skiing at Bogus Basin just 25 miles away.

This private cottage is exactly as advertised. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a walking trail. Host provides a lot of amenities in and outside the cottage. I highly recommend staying there.

Great Place!
We were having our wood floors, re-stained and sealed, and I did not want to stay in a hotel. This cottage was perfect size. It was so clean and all the details were looked after with instructions included in the facility. The property owner replied promptly to any request that I had and communication was easy. I greatly appreciate all the soft linens that were used and the decor. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was a breeze. We will definitely be staying at this location again. Should the opportunity arise and we need to stay at a place in our hometown. If you’re looking for something relaxing , that is a group in a great area vehicle. I would definitely look at this VRBO. Nice neighborhood in Eagle.
Very nice space. Well stocked with extra linens, towels, paper supplies, etc. The place is beautifully decorated. It has a private entrance completely seperate from the rest of the lovely home. It's located in an upscale neighborhood with parks and walking trails. We enjoyed our stay.
